    @meenaambwani @airtelindia Yes. RBL, SBI too was sending me someone's account statements, withdrawal, card swipes details. Sadly I have a SBI a/c. So it used to be daily shock for me. Problem s none of d service providers/banks ask customers to confirm their registered mail ID before taking it on record.

    Airtel has been sending me the billing details of a customer in Bangalore. Despite multiple mails and private messages over the past month, the company doesn't want to do a thing. Goes to show the cavalier manner in which Indian firms handle customer data @airtelindia #Airtel

    @airtelindia Inspite of paying yearly charges upfront to avoid monthly interactions,ended up having so many calls in last one month to deal with incorrect bills. Call center team acknowledge billing issue but back end billing team rejecting without even basic investigation (2/3)

    @airtelindia Horrible Billing experience with Airtel broadband. Your billing system can not support plans you are marketing, especially, annual plans. Renewal I did in Airtel app with new plan didn't reflect in billing system (1/3)

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I have raised an issue through 121 of money debited twice when recharging , but recharge is not successful on 24th February,2023. Till now, I didn't get my money back nor the recharge is successful. Such a shame on you to loot our money!

    @airtelindia paid for airtel xtream connection 10 days before. No one came to installation. Customer service not responding. No one picking my call. Dont believe their words, until we pay the fees they speak nicely after they wont pick calls.

    When u talk about raising the tariff for the services @airtelindia take this into the consideration. Don’t judge ur n/w performance in Tier 1 cities only Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities n/w performance is same it was in 2010. No network is simply unexpected in this digital age. WAKE UP

    Never buy AIRTEL DTH #AIRTELDTH It's installation too much bad. You will frequently have to call airtel technician. And they will charge Rs 150 per visit. My #AIRTEL_SETUP_BOX atleast lost connection one time in a week. Very bad experience 😡 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
