    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day by day your service level is detriorating. To restore the network in my office (CITI Tower, Chennai), I've raised a complaint 6 months back over mail, no response has been given neither issue resolved. Mobile data is secondary which is more 1/2.

    Worst helpline by @airtelindia. Cannot even go through a customer representative, even after trying 15-20 times. Everytime have to go through so many "press this number, that number" voice. But, finally when you reach the right level, the call gets disconnected. Frustrating

    @airtelindia I have ported my jio sim to airtel last week and yesterday the network came in the new sim at night and i was unable to use anything .Download the Airtel thanks app which i did and it shows me to recharge which I did 599 now sms on just calling works no internet
