    @Idea @VodafoneIN I applied 4 port out 4m @airtelindia on last 18apr. got a call 4m idea-voda executive with good offer & saying as I have postpaid so wl b ported in 6-7 hrs. Bt it got ported today. Nw am out f my home netwrk I can’t verify. am stuck pls help @TRAI @TOIGurgaon

    @airtelindia Airtel is taking nearly one month to add one number to the family plan. I have been speaking to their customer care executives since April 17th in vain. Their std reply is they are sorry but without any results. They also say they will put me on hold for 45 secs

    @airtelindia I understood that the Airtel service team has some tie ups with local broadband services so they are not extending the service here.. I had sent a whistle blower mail to the south nodal officer and I got the reply from may be a robot which could not understand what I expressed.

    Hi @airtelindia I’m totally disappointed by your service. I planned to buy Airtel Black plan.The showroom people insisted me to pay 1501.18 for the plan and for installation and I paid. And then the Engineer reached me and asked about the location details for installation.

    If Airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia really cares about the customers then carelessness from the customer care officials would not occur and they would deliver the compensations on immediate basis but this is taking more than 2 months. No one feels happy about being ignored.
