    @airtelindia Airtel fraudulent no response and when calling customer care and asked for details they have all updated fake details and when I ask they are asking make payment

    @airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷
