@airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

@airtelindia Airtel's net speed is very poor. The network speed you are referring to at 4g runs at a faster speed than 2g! There is a lot of difficulty in our online studies, which I have complained many times, but there is no solution to it.
