    @airtelindia Wi-Fi has been down since yesterday, and this happens for at least 2–3 days every month. We are charged for the full month, but even a one-day payment delay results in penalties. Please resolve this issue and provide an adjustment for the service outage.

    @thesinghsonia @airtelindia For more than a decade they haven’t been able to fix their call connectivity issues. It takes min 3 attempts to connect a call & get the message through. No amount of service requests have helped. Thanks to this experience have stayed away from Airtel WiFi.

    I have moved to another city and @airtelindia is just not ready to close my wifi connection. There's NO way to close it on the airtel application and their customer service is just not ready to close my connection. What the hell is this?!
