Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

@airtelindia I found all over Chennai facing network problem. In our family we were using 10 prepaid connection and 4 postpaid connection. Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

@airtelindia @VittalGopal what a pathetic service you have in Mumbai. There are lots of problems in the network. Call drop, echoing of voice and no mobile data to name a few. Still receiving full bill for ZERO service. Plus your customer service team is extremely rude.
