    @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong. To kya area badal le.

    @airtelindia Airtel providing services as government no one responds to issues, 3rd class useless services, don’t risk your money with Airtel bank it’s scam, you will never know when your mobile number is issued to someone, without any notice, Airtel is supporting cyber crime.

    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised a complaint yesterday regarding my fixed line xtream fibre connection, i was promised it would be resolved within 3.30 pm, the engineer hasn't come in yet, on calling him he is saying that he can't do it today. Complaint # 10037785640

    . @airtelindia I raised a request for new fiber tv connection on 22 April 2026 and paid 500/- as well on the same day. I was told i will get a call within 4 hrs from backup team but no-one called. I called up 121 on 23rd and 24th April but no help yet.

    @airtelindia ​What is the point of an "Unlimited 5G" plan if the network is non-existent? 📉 Constant drops to 4G in Trichy and Theni. It’s time to stop marketing "Unlimited" and start providing "Stable" connections

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You don’t cancel it immediately and ask for time to resolve ion a day . Post waiting you still don’t resolve and when I want to cancel you don’t allow me to cancel it immediately. You ask for more 48 hrs to cancel it . Why is there so much delay ???

    Dear @airtelindia This is unacceptable. Requested home SIM delivery twice—both times your executive confirmed a schedule, and both times no one showed up. No call, no update. Extremely poor professionalism. Do better. 👎
