    @Airtel_Presence After being a loyal customer of @airtelindia BB for 15 years, i move to another service provider. Reason? - shifted in Feb to Tnagar, Chennai a business hub but greeted with repeated disruptions in connectivity & a totally cold response 4m AT tec team. Bye bye AT

For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very bad customer care service. I have vacated from vellore and moved to diff location and have requested disconnection for broadband connection 04164205298 . They put it on safecustody and charged 1045rs. And daily calling and torturing to pay.

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    What a shame @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Paid for wifi mesh and it's been 1 month but the service is not yet fulfilled. The Area Engineer does not pick up calls. The appellate authority and customer care either slept or did not bother. Order ID- 21-164096791745

    @Airtel_Presence @AirtelBank @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with Airtel FASTag service. Bought new FASTag after old one got damaged but it’s not showing in the app and customer care is no help. Urgent issue and pathetic support. Seriously reconsidering Airtel services now.

    Is there anything worse than @airtelindia ? I’ve had no wifi since coming back home on Tuesday evening. Called them 12 times finally got someone on the phone and they said they’ll reconnect the wifi and nothing as been done. Just awful @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence
