The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

I recharged my sim with this yearly plan and according to that I got unlimited 5G data with 2GB/day But today when my data was used up completely… the unlimited 5G data didn’t work and I had to recharge my sim again with extra data pack!
