    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband 04449596478 not working since 1600 hrs 4.11. Airtel APP does not register complaint.And Airtel office MG Road also cannot register. They said system not accepting !!! What should one do.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, looks like there are a few honest, smart and responsible people in @airtelindia at the lowest level. Mugesh from santhome office visited our office and resolved the issue when most seniors even now, don't care. May be you guys should hire him He is at 9311387585

    @airtelindia will you agree if we pay one day late after due date... Then why can't you give immediate action for the issue in xtream broadband... We also mentioned the emergency that we are working from home.... Now my company asking for loss of pay for my non-productive day...

    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    @airtelindia my airtel wifi plan has been merged to unknown number without my concern. I have no idea abt the postpaid number. I have visited Manglapuri airtel store and they have denied to help and advised me to approach the Postpaid plan owner. Unfortunately, I am not paying for ur job.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I have been trying to get support for over a month but have received no resolution. My connection was converted to postpaid without my knowledge or consent. I never requested this change and want my number restored to prepaid. My number is being shown as unauthorized, yet charges have continued to be added and an outstanding amount is now being displayed. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to speak to a responsible executive. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be shifted to postpaid without their explicit consent and then be asked to pay charges for a service they never requested. Please review my case urgently and contact me via DM for the registered details. #Airtel #CustomerService #AirtelThanks

    It’s the 3rd day today that my broadband is not working and your technicians don’t even bother to pick the phone calls. When are you going to improve your pathetic services @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There are many other good options available in my area and you are going to loose me by today evening.

    @airtelindia FROM PAST 4 DAYS WI FI IS NOT WIRKING, MY NUMBER 04449579216. GAVE COMPLAINT AT 121. AUTOMATED REPLY WILL BE DONE NEXT DAY. BUT STILL ISSUES NOT SOLVED. DISAPPOINTED WITH AIRTEL. RECTIFY IMMEDIATELY AND WAIVER OF BILL FOR THE DAYS NOT USED
