I just spoke to @airtelindia support they gave me 9987244865 number but didn't provide me reference number. Support team is telling me to wait for more 72hrs even after waiting for 72hrs. I need this issue to be resolved asap. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence What a shame, @airtelindia asking for visiting charges for its own defective set-top box which is still under warranty. Warranty means everything is covered till the next 6 months. Its your box which is having an issue within the warranty period, its your lookout

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My sim stopped working yesterday, checked and saw that the pins were fine. Went to the store and understood that it was a “technical issue” and changing the sim was the “solution”. But what I do not understand is, why should I pay for the sim?

Harrased by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4 a wrong bill. Raised 4 complaint (5324532004429) 4 same issue bt it is nt resolved. Everytime they r saying it will be resolved in next 24hrs. They never connect wid supervisor n promise a callback, which is never received @DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Worst service provider. you are making fool to the customer. Even charging with 598/- plan you have to pay additional charges while calling to service Number such as 1800xxxx. you are mentioning that its unlimited plan but no use. @reliancejio. 👍
