I just spoke to @airtelindia support they gave me 9987244865 number but didn't provide me reference number. Support team is telling me to wait for more 72hrs even after waiting for 72hrs. I need this issue to be resolved asap. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelcomplaint I wanted to talk to customer care regarding broadband connection so I dialled 121. But its damn hard to get in touch with customer support personnel. There is no direct option in your IVR to contact customer support.

Today went to port from Jio to Airtel in koparkhairane Navi Mumbai branch, the customer support executives were rude beyond imagination, now I understand why Airtel is still down than the Jio despite having such a good network and plans. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
