    I just spoke to @airtelindia support they gave me 9987244865 number but didn't provide me reference number. Support team is telling me to wait for more 72hrs even after waiting for 72hrs. I need this issue to be resolved asap. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia You promised to complete the ticket within 24 hours on Sunday at 3:03 pm, but it’s still not done. You only care when I contact you again. This is the worst support I’ve encountered. I don’t know what other users experience, especially if their complaints are complex.

    @airtelindia Absolutely horrible service in Baner, Pune. The WiFi is unavailable since last six days, and even after raising multiple complaints, talking to customer care for hours, no resolution has been found since Thursday.

    @airtelindia internet was dead for 7-8 days, but they’ll only refund ONE day because I "only called once in 4 days." So a total network blackout doesn’t exist unless you beg them daily? Blatant scam. Said they won't refund a penny if you don't call them. @TheSunilMittal, @TRAI

    My wifi Internet down since yesterday evening and this outage issue happens 2-3 times every month. Worst part is Airtel app/customer care won’t even allow complaint registration due to “area outage”. Extremely poor service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
