I just spoke to @airtelindia support they gave me 9987244865 number but didn't provide me reference number. Support team is telling me to wait for more 72hrs even after waiting for 72hrs. I need this issue to be resolved asap. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia, If you can't stand on the timeline to set up BB Connection then stop giving fake assurance. Your customer care service is the worst team ever been seen and your Supervisors are super fakers. Worst Broadband Service ever. @reliancejio should be the new option now!!!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your Airtel Xstream Fiber Services is Pathetic in Kakinada,Andhra Pradesh-533003. Its been almost 2 days since the Internet stopped working. And I have called up ur technicians 10-20 times and still no one has visited my house to fix it yet.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very bad experience of your network in Kanpur city as well. Switch to your network and hope to experience some good internet network but very disappointed. Please improve your in house network. Everytime we can’t go to roof to experience good network
