I just spoke to @airtelindia support they gave me 9987244865 number but didn't provide me reference number. Support team is telling me to wait for more 72hrs even after waiting for 72hrs. I need this issue to be resolved asap. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @DoT_India Thrilled? Thrilled? This Airtel company doesn't resolve customer issues or complaints. I have been chasing these bullshit people for the last 2 years to resolve my network issue and compensate my bill but instead of resolving the issue they barred or suspended my number.

@airtelindia @DoT_India They think people are As***** and will continue to pay bills even after facing network issues. When people complain to resolve the issue and waive off the bill they just suspend the number so that person will be forced to pay the bill without resolution. This is pathetic Airtel.

@airtelindia how many days does it takes to update email ID in ur system, I called on 121 on 5 th august and till today 11 August it’s not yet updated this is the reference No : REMUR5BLR20220805724830 and I was told it will be update by 9th Aug 2022 such a poor customer service.
