    @airtelindia Im not able to view channel and I raised complaint from 2days there is no resolution. Your airtel thanks app is worst app I have come across. I spoke to customer care twice still there is no resolution yet.

    @airtelindia, enough of the bot responses, I was done with my recharge but unable make calls, I tried to contact customer service. I got the same response repeatedly. Don’t you have any human agents in your customer support? It says the issue will be resolved by June 5th? Wtf

    @airtelindia @airtelnews prepaid 5G services, to which I have subscribed for a year, hardly ever works in our area! I have to use 4G almost all the time as 5G only works intermittently and is totally unreliable. This has been going on for months now without any solution in sight!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Also, although the Wi-Fi service has been disconnected, the wire connection is still not removed by Airtel. Is it now my duty to cut the wire myself and hand over the device? What kind of service and management is this?

    @airtelindia Poor service by airtel.fraud company. I had booked IPTV connection 20 days back after paying full amount in advance but till now neither getting connection nor refund.
