@HathwayBrdband @HathwayBrdband Worst broadband service in Mumbai. Even if you raise the complaint; they will immediately close the ticket raised without resolving it. @airtelindia You must tap all unsatisfied customers of #hathway. This will generate huge business for you.

I am still awaiting to get any resolution. Now it really looks that refund is very complicated process @airtelindia. Point is that no one wants to pay back the customers. I guess it will take another 2-4 months to process the request.

"Sir your connection will upgraded in 48 hours and you will receive a call back in 4 hours on issue" but niether did i received any call on issue nor did my connection got upgraded.. @TRAI help me in the issue as I lost all hopes in @airtelindia for help worst Broadband ever....

Pissed off when the leading mobile carrier unable to resolve the issue from 20 days and simply resolving the complaints to maintain SLAs. Mails, customer care, Twitter didn’t work. Don’t know where should I have to raise my concern. @airtelindia @VittalGopal #airtel #worstservice

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been facing an issue since yesterday for which a complaint has been registered my internet and browser is very slow despite in 4g network each page is take more than a min to load. Despite being a platinum customer this the pathetic service.

@airtelindia Airtel should reduce their plan cost as compare to Jio Airtel will loose as compare to Jio Jio has its own Jio fiber but airtel does not have its own airtel fiber At ground level Jio understand the need of customer but airtel won't understand on hike the price.
