    @airtelindia-1: I am an AIRTEL BLACK customer. Internet is unstable from last 3 weeks during evening time. Booked a complaint 72 hrs ago. Your phone rep said it would be resolved next morning. Nobody came and ticket resolved without my consent.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have been trying to reach out for payment issue resolution for over two weeks now. Just plain promises - no support or resolution. No response on DM too. No TAT - i have put payment on hold. Ironically, care is there in the name!
