    I am complaining from 8th April customer care told me problem solved in 24 hrs but no response, on second time they told me backend team callback you till now I didn't receive any call that's how you gave service to your customers. @airtelindia @airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia everyday and every now and then I'm receiving messages that due to technical maintenance the service will be affected. My wifi was out for 2 days on 3rd and 4th of April. Now, today again without any info as well wifi is down.

    I wish @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence would have maintained good service as it's been shown in advertisements,from past 3days I have been calling the customer support for my fixed line problem but no solution and response,if it can't be fixed I m okay to change the network
