    Pathetic service again. Raised request to shift my internet connection in advance but guess what, self proclaimed best service provider closed my ticket as resolved and left me to struggle for getting a paid service fixed on my own. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @EconomicTimes

    @airtelindia How can you disconnect services without giving exact call or time to the customer. Paying you in advance and with a green track record. It's shame that it happens all of a sudden to me and I lost decent time troubleshoot ing that why my internet was not working.

    @airtelindia names on our numbers were changed by an Airtel representative when we ported. Have been trying to get them to correct their mistake for the past 9 months with no luck. Such an unprofessional staff. Has cost us more than Rs10,000. Is this how you treat your customers?

    @airtel_presence @airtelindia my airtel fiber has been down since the last 3 days and assigned engineer has been avoiding my calls I clearly remember when you guys had to sell me the connection your sales team used to call me 2-3 times a day and this is how you respond

    Past few days @vodafone network coverage is getting very low in my place. I don't know why this is happening! Even I am staying in the main town of the city. If the issue still continues, I am planning to change my network to @airtelindia #Vodafone
