@TelecomTalk @airtelindia Sir, ur field ppl spoiling Airtel image by not giving service. My office wifi line down daily and ur ppl do not react or take > 5hrs. Nor they don't bill timely. Ur team need to speak to me. I pay 50k monthly bill to Airtel n not happy. Down again today.

@Airtel_Presence Your DM message is I should clear the dues of 5k+. @airtelindia seems to be missing the point. I've not used & requested discontinuing service since Oct 21. I fail to understand why requests is not available in your records? why should I be paying for #service #inefficiencies
