  @airtelindia It’s been 34 hours and my Airtel WiFi is still not working. Contacted support 8 times—each time I was told a technician would visit “soon.” Received calls from 4 different technicians, but all said it’s not their service area and passed it on.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When recharge is expired at least allow us for emergency calls/2g speed instead of blocking services completely, at least for few hours! You are increasing rates everyday, please give services as well

  @gayatri008_16 @airtelindia When i asked my service provider he said in summer, Mobile towers, routers, & cables heat up that Overheating leads to weaker signal handling + slower speeds

  @airtelindia @TRAI Same user, 2 Airtel numbers, both on IR. ₹118 IR pack shows on number with 1yr pack (useless) but not on the other where I need it. Why this selective visibility? Misleading. Fix this.

  @JioCare It’s been 5 days of terrible 5G service after paying ₹3599. Max speed I’m getting is barely 27 kbps and the network keeps switching back to 4G on its own. This is unacceptable. If this isn’t fixed immediately, I want my money back and I’ll switch to @airtelindia instead
