Be it any city in Karnataka or Maharashtra, @airtelindia service is at its worst. The ground teams have absolutely no sense of duty, responsibility or respect for a client’s time. 1st they take full payment in adv, then nothin moves till u make a zillion calls. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @airtelnews I have an airtel black broadband connection. And there is an issue since yesterday. I raised a complaint and got an eta of 5hrs, then 8pm and then today morning 11am. No resolution and..tired of waiting and calling them since yesterday. PATHETIC
