    Dear Airtel, From 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, then 2:30 AM 2:30pm now again 8:30 PM only new promises, no solution. Customer support is unreachable and IVR keeps repeating the same message. Fix the issue immediately or I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Commission. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2 full days and counting, and my issue is still sitting unresolved. No fix, no meaningful update, just radio silence while I continue to pay for a service that doesn’t work. This isn’t customer support, it’s customer neglect. Ser req no 11031700462

    @airtelindia My Airtel Fiber has been down since June 1. Multiple tickets raised, but no resolution. Technician is asking me to switch to AirFiber (₹699) from my current Fiber plan (₹499). Can my Fiber connection be fixed, or should I move to another ISP? #Airtel
