  @Airtel5GIndia @airtelindia Pathetic wifi service experienced with airtel. One of the technician visited last week and told that faulty router will be replaced. Continuously following up on this with his manager however he is giving fake commitment everyday. Can you help in this.

  @airtelindia is looting customers in broad daylight now. 13-14 hours of broadband downtime every other day in the name of “maintenance” while charging full amount for service. Internet down since 11 Pm yesterday. I am writing this for the second time here, after receiving no reslution despite writing multiple mails, including to appellate authorities. Your billing will be discontinued from today and the account will be suspended within next 7 days. Any remaining balance in your account will be refunded to you.

  Such a horrible experience I have with @airtelindia as I want to readjust my ott expense in next Billing time period. But airtel ignore it several times and said that it cannot be adjust as already added to cart. Last I have the only option to port to other service providers.
