    @airtelindia from last one month I'm facing issue on internet...you promise 4G but it is not even 2G ...very slow internet speed ...I'm paying almost 1300 ..every time I have to switch mobile data to Jio it seems i have to switch all my airtel connections to jio to fix this issue

    @Airtel_Presence It seems Airtel has downgraded itself when it comes to customer service. I had complaints related to unusual activities with my number however @airtelindia was in no intention to assist and was more focused to act like chatbot.
