@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very poor services in Agra. Broadband complain pending(135290682) ,not resolved in 12 days. Repeated requests not working.Employees are not picking call infact transfer their responsibility to each other. Nd ur twitter handle,is this really works?

It's been a week since i applied for Airtel XStream Fiber. However, till date there are no signs of any engineer reporting for the installation. If this is your service right now, I don't know how will it function later. I have to reconsider my ISP. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
