  This is my tenth complaint for slow internet speed, frequent disconnections and outages, leading to internet disruptions. In spite of my repeated complaints, it seems Airtel is not willing to resolve them. I find this very disappointing and frustrating. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @DoT_India @airtelindia As there is no response, tried debugging myself. It's night 11:40PM and now the pings to Cloudfare DNS(1.1.1.1) are relatively better. Definitely it seems 5G uplink congestion during daytime. Can you lock my band to a lesser congested one or work on any alternative fix? Strangely my Airtel 5G mobile hotspot works much better during daytime.

  @airtelindia What’s even more disappointing is that every complaint ticket I raise is automatically closed without my consent and without any resolution. I have tried every possible support channel customer care, email, dm and still there has been no genuine resolution.

Village: Duggaladka, Taluk: Sullia District: Dakshina Kannada State: Karnataka Pincode: 574239 Duggaladka: Severe Mobile Network Issue Frequent Outages: Online Transactions and Government Work Hindered Sullia, July 22:In Duggaladka, an area on the outskirts of town, mobile network problems are worsening by the day, causing severe hardship for the general public, business owners, and government employees. In particular, frequent outages on the Airtel network have led to widespread dissatisfaction. Most residents in the Duggaladka area depend on Airtel services. Previously, when Jio's network was good, many customers used Jio. However, as the quality of Jio service gradually declined, a new Airtel tower was installed in Duggaladka, prompting many users to port their numbers from Jio to Airtel. However, locals complain that over the past few months, the Airtel network has also deteriorated. Dropped calls, sluggish internet speeds, and complete network outages at times have become a daily occurrence. Impact on Daily Life:Network disruptions are causing significant trouble for online banking, UPI transactions, access to government services, students' studies, and business operations. Business owners and members of the public who rely heavily on digital services face these struggles daily. Anganwadi workers report that due to the lack of network in Duggaladka to upload SVR-related forms online, they are forced to travel to the Town Panchayat area to get their work done. They noted that this causes unnecessary loss of time and effort. Locals allege that despite bringing the issue to the attention of the concerned service providers multiple times, no permanent solution has been provided. Therefore, customers demand that the telecommunication company and relevant officials conduct an immediate inspection, resolve the network weakness and frequent disruptions, and ensure quality service.

  Dear @airtelindia , I'm extremely disappointed with the support I've received regarding a Static IP request for my Airtel Broadband. Your customer care confirmed that an engineer would configure it. Since then, I've been sent from one person to another without any resolution.

  @airtelnews Bt u knw u hv really bad CC support for international users. 100 times I called thm for a resolution they don't have any. My Airtel number which I ported to Jio has been discontinued & back to @airtelindia bt they r not issuing the num to my bro in India. What the hell is this ?
