They will keep apologising to you in your DM till eternity and will do nothing to solve your issue. Thanks.     @airtelindia Hi Team, I bought new OPPO find X2 Lite mobile . Network not connected while calling. VoLTE is not showing in my mobile. Recently ported my SIM from JIO to Airtel. Please sort out this issue .

    @airtelindia pathetic service, it has been more than 24 hours but my xstram fibre account has been reactivated, I have put it in safety box. Customer care is helpless even conforming the payment received. Irony is they avtivate the account within 4 hrs for new connection.

    @airtelindia 1stly u must have to properly improve your 4G services afterthat you have to talk about 5G. Worst condition of internet and call drop in India capital NEW DELHI Shame on you airtel!

    @airtelindia Tried calling your customer care multiple times as my Dongle is not getting connected for the past 2 days. It shows internet registration failed, but on my phone, 4G is working fine. Customer care is not responding. No option in your app to register an SR.
