@airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel black service is pathetic. Specially Quality of DTH Extreme android box. Since installation many problems with hang up and sudden stopping, replacement of box is not taking place after repeatedly complaining. Service agent is not responding.

Hi @airtelindia, why is my sim not working. All of a sudden, even after following precautionary steps in my Airtel app. When I turn on and off aeroplane mode it's working and again after 2 to 4 minutes again it's disappeared.

@airtelindia @airtelbank Never use Airtel payment Bank. First they will block your money and after horrible harassment, you can only use money from Airtel wallet to pay utilities. In fact you can't use wallet fund to pay your phone bill. Airtel is well aware Indian customers are helpless.
