    @airtelindia @therealkapildev Hi, yesterday around 2:30pm I called up airtel broadband customer care for upgrade my plan 499 to 999(Monthly rental) and upgrade my airtel internet from adsl to fiber but after this call I received message to pay 12859Rs for airter 12 months advance rental plan i don't want

    Amazing!!! How airtel doesn't fix its issues before launching it in an area. Now my net is disconnected and my old issue wasn't fixed yet with an open complaint ticket id :10043921123 , great service from you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioFiberVoice i have been facing issue using internet, so i have complaint accordingly. And it's been more than 36hr no response from the the team. People from the Ccare not bother to call their eng to get an status. I would suggt everyone do not use @JioFiberVoice @airtelindia

    @airtelindia have raise a request for dth and broad band connection i got a cal and as i have emergency i asked for same day instalation and the person agreed for that and taken amount and no responce later i called him so many times then i cancelled my request from my end
