    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

    @airtelindia It's been two days since my Airtel WiFi stopped working. Every time I call customer care, I only get an automated response saying there's an ongoing technical issue in my area — no resolution, no update, no timeline. Worst service ever.

    @airtelindia worst service I have ever seen in my life changed my SIM card second time within 4 days still no service in my phone. I have converted it to postpaid still not getting service. Is this your brand Airtel making fool? Wasting my money on your sim card

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Despite a no. of complaints for Call Drops & poor network since last Year. No improvement in network. Made complaints @DoT_India through CPGRAMS. But no effect on Airtel complaint on Govt Portal are closed with One liner statement- Issue Resolved

    @Airtel_Presence very bad customer care they don't reply on sm or on SR raised thinking to close all relationships unde my Airtel black which they say is priority customer service which is very worst @airtelindia @airtelnews looks like you not required any customer retention

    I think it’s high time I disconnect the Airtel DTH connection as I’m unable to use it for past 15 days and the invoice being generated for those days. Such a horrible experience with @airtelindia even after the escalation here.
