    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is not an isolated incident. These disruptions have occured 4-5 times in the last couple of months. Outages that last for 5-6 hours.

    @airtelindia Stop mocking your customers!!! Don’t peruse them for connection and then just harass them like this. Your ground people are totally useless and not even responding, instead they are harassing my parents for no reason. This is seriously unacceptable. I need immediate action against this person. My connection is gone from last 5 days and no one even cares?? There are senior citizens at my home and still no one has attended for 5 days, what kind of service is this? Why do you even hire such people?     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being billed for 2 WiFi connections when only 1 exists—and that too not working. No internet for 2 days, no support, only rescheduled complaints. Field team says “cancel & take new”! This is harassment. Fix immediately. #Airtel
