But e-sim to phy sim shld hv been easier, thr staff wsnt willing to work is the issue here

I got my whole family ported into Airtel. I have influenced a lot of people to select Airtel. Logically, Prepaid pay upfront. So they are the ones to get VIP lane "priority", right..
