@airtelindia @thyag_v My airtel SIM card - 7022485848 has gotten damaged and currently not active. I need a new SIM card of the same number. The owner of the SIM card is my aunt, and she's currently not in India. Hence she can't go to the nearest airtel store. Kindly help.

Pathetic network being offered by Airtel. Also, huge disappointment if you ever try connecting their customer support. Inspite of doing an additional data reacharge not being able to run even a single video. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #poorairtelservice @VittalGopal
