    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am very disappointed with Airtel Fiber service. The installation was not completed,and there has been no proper support or update from the team. Due to this poor service experience, I want to cancel my connection request immediately and process the refund as soon as possible.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelcomplaint @airtelindia Airtel team on X are no different from the most incompetent customer support team. They know only to send automated responses with an apology but will never address the concerns.

    @airtelindia very very very frustrated with your internet speed it's slow that 2G. I did complain in your so called airtel thanks app but every time it's given nothing else. Tell me if you are not able to solve I do portability of another company.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Every query goes through useless chatbots with zero human understanding. How hard is it to provide actual customer support instead of scripted BOT replies? Paid for 84 days, received 83 days. Is “pay more, get less” the new Airtel policy?
