  I do not understand the internet service of @airtelindia my wifi is not working since last 4 days and every day all you guys do is assign a new service engineer. If there is a single day delay in paying the bill the reminder are too frequent but nothing about the service.

  @airtelnews @airtelindia why from last 3 weeks 5G network became kind of extinct and only 4G is available, in addition to that there is no option to raise query on this in airtel thanks app. Is airtel transitioning to 6G else i dont see the reason. Can anyone clarify pls.

  @airtelindia I’m trying to convert from postpaid to prepaid. None you guys helping. Shittiest mobile network in India. Stores are useless customer cares are useless. Shame on you @airtelindia
