    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been charged Rs 100 late fine for late payment of last month's bill. There is no such provision mentioned anywhere. I have been using Jio Postpaid for the last 6-7 years. They never have charged any late payment fine for untimely late.

    @MIB_India @ashwinivishnaw Raising a formal complaint against @airtelindia. There is no option to raise a DTH disconnection request via App or IVRS. Customers are being forced to retain services. Please mandate a clear, accessible digital exit path. #ConsumerRights #TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Facing a serious issue on my Airtel number. Incoming calls disconnect automatically after just 2-3 rings.I have already tested the SIM in anther hndset and the same issue persists. Missing imprtant business calls due to this. Kindly resolve urgently.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia IPTV Order ID: 46WNBTCPVC. Day 8 and Airtel still can't complete a basic IPTV installation. Repeated complaints led to NO replies. Shameful customer service & utter disregard for customers' time. Is this what Airtel Black subscribers pay for?

    @airtelindia Nowadays, your service and customer engagement has fallen to third grade level. On one hand, the signal coverage & call connectivity has turned pathetic in Chennai. It's almost BLANK in South Chennai indoors and we are forced to manage with WiFi or WhatsApp calls. Call dropping & Connectivity is another big pain. Add to that, these (attached) growing harassment SMS threatening customers that Service may be BLOCKED and lose receiving OTPs. Such rude messages are being sent from 1 week before the actual expiry date. @airtelindia your business is roaring due to the duopoly in India and yet you stoop so low? Gone are the days when you were reliable & sensible in your service. Now, you are neither Premium in your service nor in your customer engagement. We are stuck without alternatives and we long for the days of 2010s.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customers shouldn't have to spend extra money to compensate for poor service quality. Stop passing the responsibility to customers and provide an actual solution. This is really frustrating #Airtel #AirtelFiber @Airtel
