    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Additional details - No response from the engineer on the number listed, no reasoning provided for delay, no option for same day resolution. 48 hours to resolve a wire issue @TRAI - I ask again, is there no resolution for an aggrieved customer?

    @Airtel_Presence Internet should mean seamless connectivity, not endless buffering. Despite big promises and advertisements, the actual user experience often falls short. It's time for real network improvements, not just assurances. Please address the issue. @airtelindia

    I have around 8 connections. For no use. I have been complaining since so long and yet airtel has done absolutely nothing except useless messages. Not even a call. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service ever

    @JioCare So I got a call from customer service to repeat the same thing I have been getting on mail, IVR call or WhatsApp. No idea of area, issue, timelines or accountability. So a tick box in her daily task. @JioCare share details of cancellation process. @airtelindia shifting to you.

    @airtelindia Your systems suck .. your customer support is the worst .. they are so useless and pathetic.. they take 10-15 minutes to register a complaint and upon followup uo say that there was no complaint.. even your thank u app is useless. Clearly your IT team is in shambles
