Pathetic cellphone service by @reliancejio Finally, the most storied brand becoming like its competitors. I’ve 2 Jio numbers & will be porting to @airtelindia for 1 and if Jio doesn’t resolve the issue then will port the other number to @ViCustomerCare Time to wake up Jio!

@airtelindia changed router from Nokia to airtel.. but still connectivity is too pathetic…. Need to reconnect every time when switching from Data to Broadband 🙏… Connecting to TV is Horrible 🤬… Chnage the Model or Improve your service ASAP… @reliancejio how’s your services?

@airtelindia I cannot speak to airtel representative without recharging and cannot even call airtel store without balance. Although, I have plan which has 306 days left but this is completely unacceptable! I have right to speak to the service provider without paying them to speak

I have been contacting @airtelindia customer care from last 25 days about a refund status and each time I am assured that I will get a call back from customer service. But never I have received any call. The issue is regarding the cancellation of Broadband service.
