    @Airtel_Presence always ahead in taking payment and always delayed in refund that too when service failed from their side @airtelindia also their sales executive said they are from @tataplayfiber and late in flat he showed me airtel app to pay

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Disappointed with Airtel Black service. Order (1010103018398) has been delayed with multiple tickets still in-progress and no resolution. Customer support is unresponsive, & the AS Rao Nagar store is not answering calls. This is unacceptable service!

    @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.
