Both @airtelindia and @reliancejio numbers point to only one thing. Desperate need for price hikes. Adding customers to network cannot soften the blow enough. Selling below cost is not an ideal situation for any industry, no matter how large the size of opportunity.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I thot taking airtel fibre will sort issue of internet connectivity faced by me coz of Mtnl, but I was totally wrong. Since 12pm today the net is down & till now no resolution. In last 2 mths this is the 4 time issue has come up.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet has been down for almost a week now, have raised issued several times, talked to technicians and TL of my area, all they give is assurance. Turns out airtel just resolves the complaints automatically without any contact or resolving issues.

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia everytime I dial 1912, I get connected to the Maharashtra center instead of Goa (me living in Goa and having Goa as the address). Same thing happened with the covid helpline as well, I'm getting connected to MH. Please help!!
