@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i think you have no responsibility towards customers who trusted and paid online for Broadcast Ott pack of Airtel black no one from your team is bother to even call back. Paid Rs 4000 on 11th Dec but no update pathetic service. Pls cancel my plan.
