    Hey @airtelindia , my Airtel 5G Postpaid internet has been down for the last 1 day. There’s no way to reach an actual customer care executive every option just redirects to the AI bot, which hasn’t helped at all. Please resolve this issue ASAP. This is a pathetic. #airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it been less than a week again WiFi has gone down for an hour …. And Ofcourse no notification received about outage and still have pay entire bill despite numerous outages in a month

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm still waiting and calling 198 on daily basis with zero resolution. I have call recordings of all the conversations and fake promises for a call back and resolution. What's the use of having Airtel Black plan with postpaid and wifi connections?

    @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India I HAD PAID FOR IPTV ON 19TH AIRTEL IS NOT REGISTRING COMPLIANT FOR FAILURE TO INSTALL THE SAME I HAD CALLED THIER CUSTOMER CARE FOR 10 TIMES AND WASTED MY 10 HRS OF MY LIFE SPEAKING TO THIER CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY DONT REGISTAR MY COMPLAINT.
