A recurring charge of ₹90 is being charged for ONT, which was never supplied/installed by #BSNL. This needs to be stopped, and the already-charged amount refunded. Please also note that the aggrieved customer is a Senior Citizen. @iKumarSushil

@MNageswarRaoIPS You can find bsnl in a village and poor ppl can afford cheap rate of connectivity becoz private co use bsnl towers in remote areas but Air India plane cannot land in village. Plane service is for self reliant ppl.
