@BSNLCorporate I have subscribed 448 plan of that contains 2GB/day when I used 1GB #internet stop working I am trying to complain this on #customer helpline number but after half an hour waiting 2 times there are no response from other side #BSNL

A recurring charge of ₹90 is being charged for ONT, which was never supplied/installed by #BSNL. This needs to be stopped, and the already-charged amount refunded. Please also note that the aggrieved customer is a Senior Citizen. @iKumarSushil

@SundarrajanG For that employees have to work right ? Try to port a number or see a customer service, you’ll know what I’m talking. No millennials want BSNL sim even as 2nd sim. Unless there is Std, only aged people & Govt employees will be forced to use them.
