    @BSNLCorporate I am using Bsnl for the past 12 years. I am in Noida and not getting coverage anywhere in Delhi NCR for the past 2 days. I don't have any other connection. I am solely depend on hotel wifi. I am switching connection when I get network. Thanks for your service.

    @BSNLCorporate Following up, any update??? Your BSNL offices, noone takes the service or enquiry calls. So please take care of this rebate amount the security amount reversal asap.

    A recurring charge of ₹90 is being charged for ONT, which was never supplied/installed by #BSNL. This needs to be stopped, and the already-charged amount refunded. Please also note that the aggrieved customer is a Senior Citizen. @iKumarSushil

    @PMOIndia @DrJitendraSingh @rsprasad Sir , i am happy that gov is talking about connecting villages through fiber internet but what about small cities like mine sultanpur UP which still dont have internet providers ? BSNL is also getting worst day by day 🙏🏻

    @ABPNews enough funds available then they invest to improve quality n will add more emp n salaries. It's quite simple to understand. Bsnl r sinking bcos thy don't have 4g license n funds to maintain it's existing nw. Same for other provide, it's hard to service a Telecom emp

    @ind1a_USA @GauravPandhi @RahulGandhi Then after 2014 Mukesh Ambani launches jio. Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Then why government of India didn't give this opportunity to bsnl or any other mobile service provider?

    @airtelnews i ported my number from BSNL to Airtel and it is so unfortunate to see the type os service i am getting, my bsnl sim got deactivated and Airtel sim still doesn’t work and Airtel store guy just making me roam around again and again, its my 6th day.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I stay in Sector - 119, Noida at Eldeco Amantran Society, The signal Of BSNL is dismal/non-existent, I want to port all other nos to BSNL I seek your intervention in this. Private players are only providing us LIP service.

    @narendramodi @PrakashJavdekar @AmitShah #AtmaNirbharBharat We closed profit making PCB manufacturing factory in 2008 only because of corruption and misuse of labor law. Even a lineman of BSNL have a right to disturb our phone line. I hope you will understand the key problems.

    @cgmbsnlupe my bsnl no 0120 2456735, D-63 , sector 30 noida has been out of service for past one month. The customer care and online complaint services say my no is not functional while I am paying the bill 4 last 2 yrs and my broadband is also working.

    Complaints are even being closed without my confirmation while the service remains non-functional. I've also tried contacting the local service provider (+91 94244 93777) multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered. This level of service is unacceptable. #BSNL #Broadband

    @mohitlaws Even then, besides idea, vodafone, airtel, reliance and BSNL only had purchased 2G spectrum from auction.. Other's didnt even have their own & were leasing it indirectly.. BSNL was already a gonner with poor network, vodafone & Idea were already getting weak, hence later merged

    @SayantikaSays Try @BSNLCorporate . And I am not joking. It is best if it's available in your area. No BS service. I never heard these lines from BSNL, which I kept hearing from other providers like Jio and Airtel. "We won't give you the router password" "You can't use your own router, even if ours is ******. What do you mean you have a better router and modem? Hou must pay us a subscription for this mesh thing instead" "No, you can't use Google or CloudFlare's DNS, you must use ours. What if it's slow? If you change, how will we snoop on you and inject our advertisements into your browser?" "No, you can't open a port for you. For that, you must buy a static IP from us. Why is a static IP needed to open a port? Who knows. But we won't allow it unless you pay us extra" In the last 3 years, I have only had 2 outages on BSNL, 30-40 minutes max. While on Airtel, I had caught their staff removing my cable from their box and adding a new one for a new connection, and then making me wait till they finally got a new box after a week. They just didn't want to make a new customer wait, so they simply assigned my slot to them. And their customer care and local staff wasn't even ready to accept it, unless I showed the CCTV footage and a video of my cable literally being thrown on the side of their box, not even connected, while they were claiming that there's some backend issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl saying that new tower is planned!! What a ****? When requested to fix the problem in current tower by fixing UPS, bsnl is saying about new tower. Do bringing new tower is solution to fix UPS in old tower? @PMOIndia @narendramodi is this the way bsnl working??

    @bsnl_care I tried bsnl customer care after selecting 15 option selected customer care thn a person answered with a back ground bep thn no response after 2 mins hung up.kya yehi ghante ki service de rahe hou I have a valid plan need to port n ur not allwing the sms go through
