Whenever i call on portal you guys told me go to the bsnl office. Just listen people have lot of other work to do. If i go to bsnl office than why are you paying those abandoned people. No customer respect they are thinking like they owned me.

@deepakjsingh @r_bhaduri Then you have no idea about when the damage was done. It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Ask people who ran around to use their services bcos govt wanted only BSNL for govt servants.

@narendramodi @PMOIndia with our Atma nirbhar Bharat. We should start focusing on landline phone connections. Lot of people want to have land lines but due poor service of BSNL people don't opt for BSNL services though BSNL has the best network coverage. We must focus on this.

@BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia Have been begging to get my Landline 0120-2633941 along with broadband functional but everytime complaint is closed without being addressed. Strangely I get billed for services which BSNL is unable to provide. Show some work ethics.

Dear @rsprasad ji, I closed profit making PCB manufacturing factory in 2008 only because of corruption and misuse of labor law. Even a lineman of BSNL have a right to disturb our line if not paying some amount every month to him. I hope you will understand the key problems.

@Asuracharya according to me that would be a bad idea ⚡ Reason, Govt is bearing looses already with BSNL bcoz it operated tons of Govt work. Vodafone is bought bcoz they were unable to pay debt. Its good to save Vodafone & than sell it to Private Companies for better management 🔥

@amitbhawani Lets hope government has some plans by owning Vi. Hopefully they will try to merge Vi (Vodafone + Idea) + BSNL to help stand another player in the telecom sector. But then again Govt keeps saying they have no interest in doing business and is in a selling mode. Confusing times

The order passed by the government states that #MobileInternet services and WiFi services by #BSNL as well as private players will be shut down for 48 hours from 5:00PM Jan 12 to 5:00PM Jan 14. The government requested the internet service providers to comply with the order.
