Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. But in last 2 years, its service was very poor(Calling, Data Speed, OTP and network). Joseph (@panicker16141) reported@nch1915 did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.
