However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. This service may be activated by sending a message ACT ROAM TO 53333 from the respective numbers.

It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Ask people who ran around to use their services bcos govt wanted only BSNL for govt servants.

Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free.
