@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i ported my number from BSNL to Airtel and it is so unfortunate to see the type os service i am getting, my bsnl sim got deactivated and Airtel sim still doesn’t work and Airtel store guy just making me roam around again and again, its my 6th day

Few days back I had submitted to Sumit again but he has Lost my document, Customer are losing confidence with LIC I request pls improve service otherwise aap ka bhi wahi hal hoga jo BSNL and other company ka hua.. Because Now a days customer have the option..

@LICIndiaForever Indian customers have full trust in LIC, but your employees will break that trust because when the service is not available then the customer will get upset and go to a private company and the condition of LIC will be like BSNL. I think so Modinagar branch code 250 branch.

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am extremely fadeup with the behaviour and response of BSNL and its employees. Neither they resolved my bill payment issue nor they accept the line disconnection. Now i feel why people prefer any network rather than #BSNL .

@ind1a_USA @GauravPandhi @RahulGandhi Then after 2014 Mukesh Ambani launches jio. Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Then why government of India didn't give this opportunity to bsnl or any other mobile service provider?

@Paytmcare I tried to recharge my mobile from repeat recharge the mobile operator was changed from jio to bsnl and money was deducted from my wallet and recharge was also not done pls refund my money back to my account my transaction I'd is 13292615323 pls help fast

@1mgOfficial @tandon_prashant the customer service is sooooo horrible it makes bsnl feel like zappos in comparison. Fix your ****. Tell your cs to stop blaming customers for system glitches. You are losing a 5 yr old customer because your customer care team called me a liar instead of fixing

@Rajendra195401 @NagendraKuMoha2 @narendramodi Not completely true it was we who took Jio . I have been using Airtel when it 1GB cost 250 rs now cost is low. Bsnl was never promoted by old govt as well it become a big bag of loan burden.

@BSNL_BR I am repeatedly stating that there is no one taking action. I have paid bills online and they are not even hearing my issue. They are just ignoring. How many times I have to state this..? I don't want #BSNL connection. Kindly disconnect and adjust my payment.

Kind of service from BSNL I don’t think we will be able to achieve the airtel 4g data is more faster than the fiber internet service received from bsnl i have taken 100MBS but receive only 5 mbs speed made complaints to the devaraj who is AE for the exchange but no use.@PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate No thank you. Have heard the same words few months back. BSNL us a defunct company. I’ve really had enough. Ideally my money for last 1 year should be refunded as the phone has been dead. I lodged a complaint 6 days back, it was closed without rectification.

@iParisal Jio is good. If you have tried and not satisfied with Jio either, go for BSNL. Internet speed will be slow. OTP also takes time at times. But Signal coverage for call is better than most of the other network. My personal experience. Other's may vary.
