Neither they resolved my bill payment issue nor they accept the line disconnection. Now i feel why people prefer any network rather than #BSNL .

Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. I removed jio many months ago switched to Local broadband and Bsnl. Bsnl got down 2-3 time in month and even some time it doesn't happen.
