Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

At the same time UPA ministers were busy in dealing with corporates for 2G spectrum and did not give importance to BSNL.

Hence I am porting to other network. Bsnl is better here.

Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.
