@BSNLCorporate I took a chance by opting BSNL internet service however now I am regretting my decision as I am very disappointed by the service quality n issue response so for. Realising why private service providers are in profit yoy n not the government owned one.

@BSNLCorporate Tried connecting with local JTO multiple times however till 2:45pm today he was not in office. Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

I am a BSNL FTTH user. Very poor service. SDO isn't bothered. At Saharanpur division on Gagalehri Nagal strech the fiber has multiple cuts OFC. Past 3 year bsnl officials aren't bothered to repair it. @AshwiniVaishnaw I have DM my Account Details.
