Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. More than 30 connections in vertex Lakeview , hyd disconnected since months, moved to jio.

The person who answered was more concerned about my money getting credited back into my account as the recharge didn't process through.
