Bsnl broadband service isn’t working since more than 24 hrs now in Sri Tirumala hills colony, gandamguda, Hyderabad. Could you pls help with an ETA here @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate as it’s quite urgent to get this fixed especially given we are working from home.

@BSNLCorporate Tried connecting with local JTO multiple times however till 2:45pm today he was not in office. Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

The poor service I am facing from your employees in last two months only worked for 4-5 days even appointed person don't pick the calls and fake messages being sent the problem is resolved.
