    Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

    @KesariDhwaj @rud_ras Have similar experience after switching over to Airtel from earlier BSNL. Earlier there was no MNP. Problem with getting locked to one seller without option of switching over.

    @BSNLCorporate internet is not wrking for past 3 hrs, called the local bsnl agent but he didn't pick the call. Raised complaint thru cust care and they said issue will be resolved in 3 working days. Shud I wait for 3 days or discnct bsnl and switch to othr provider. Pls revert.

    @TelecomTalk Although BSNL has tried to express satisfaction with its fiber service, it identifies a completely dilapidated state of mobile service. Although the connection is generally stable on fiber, the network blackouts on mobile service occur from time to time. This is unacceptable.

    @TelecomTalk But the truth is-while private players built 5G towers overnight, BSNL is still struggling to roll out 4G. Out of 1L planned sites, only~74k are live. Years of delays, red tape & poor execution cost India’s telecom giant its crown. Nostalgia won’t save BSNL-efficiency will.
