@BSNLCorporate not at all getting data, instead getting SMS from BSNL stating " you have reached the specified usage of data, you will be charged by operator" I must get 1.5 GB data, on my 9491276899. But BSNL Customer service: 6203483761, 9771642667 asking bank information, why?

@bsnl_tt , @CgmTelangana I took a new sim yesterday, was told it's a 4G sim. It got activated during the midnight. To start internet service was told to message someone, how many steps are there, why can't all the procedures completed at once dear BSNL

@cgmbsnlkerala The BSNL Landline no 0484-2767683 (Eranaulam Dist.,Kolenchery )was not working last 2 months and the same is not resolved yet.I have booked the complaint many times using 198 and the complaint is closing without resolving the same. Kindly help..
