    @DoT_India Today a fraud had called me at my land line number saying he is calling from Bsnl Customer care and asked me to download QS from play store on my mobile I got saved. Pls trace this guy down I am bringing this to your notice.

    After upgrade to BSNL 4G , main balance automatically deducted even in data connection off. This problem is not only for me, everyone is facing this after upgrading BSNL 4G. @BSNL_KOTD

    Hello @BSNL_KOTD. I want to discontinue the Broadband services on my BSNL landline number 033 2421**** Customer care says I have to visit the exchange and submit a physical application. During pandemic, can't I do the same online?

    @TelecomTalk You guys need to talk more about this back dated technology what modern ISPs are using with their IP Network. CGNAT is getting used with fiber where 2 facade ago, BSNL dialup had dynamic but Public Top Level IP.. India must covert to IPv6 urgently

    @RajeshS72141064 @BSNL_HR Modi era is the reason for crippling BSNL. In Manmohan era BSNL was the first to introduce cutting edge 3G network in India. In Modi era it still doesn't have 4G.

    @OfficeOfRSP Respected Sir, My No 033 24284573 Broadband has not been working for the last 5 days . I have been continuously tweeting to Bsnl and Dot on daily basis. No help received so far and I am in an Emergency situation currently. Sir can you please help me.

    @BSNLCorporate Please resolved our grievance as soon as possible because our BSNL numbers is linked with Bank , Gas booking and other commercial activities due to such network problem we are not able to get OTP from many platforms please resolved as soon as possible. @CMDBSNL @BSNL_KOTD

    Still now can't able to send text to that number i.e. 56161600 provided by @AxisBank to receive my customer id.Plz do some needful as because I need to send a prescribed text on that number from my registered number & I really don't want to leave BSNL for this reason. @BSNL_KOTD

    @BSNL_KOTD Nobody cares when you lodged complaint on fault booking. My landline out of order for past 15 days. My Complaint on service 033-24076706 is registered. My docket Number is 16632662262. Is BSNL really dying?😰😰😰

    Hello, @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Today at 10:04 pm my mobile number port in to BSNL from airtel. I got my tele verification OTP. But when I try to call at 1507, from BSNL I got this message "Sorry, the service is unavailable at the current time. Please try again later."

    @MyAnandaBazar Rishra Municipality Chairman Stopped BSNL Fiber Broadband Delivery and Maintenance all the emergency services stopped. After issuing several letter he is not giving permission to work. Fishy behaviour wrong gesture

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL has become pathetic no one can revive this monster. I have been a customer for 30 years. My line has been dead for 6 months as another government organisation dug up the road and cut the fibre.BSNl will not fix the line but expect me to pay for a defunct

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Did a recharge of 153 and money deducted. However no recharge done. Upon raising a complaint, it was simply closed as resolved. When clicking not satisfactory, the call cannot go through. Seems like you guys gulp down money ! कतई सरकारी एटीट्यूड !#bsnl
