@CMDBSNL Hello sir, My father is retired employee of BSNL. Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Would be grt if U can help.

Net data is slow because BSNL has not been permitted 4G despite the employees' demand. I use broadband wifi for net data. BSNL Tarriff is lowest. Fault attendance is prompt and courteous.

@reliancejio Day by day jio is getting slower, even bsnl is working better than your network. Can't even send a message in WhatsApp properly. Repeated complains went to vein. Are you people going to do something or waiting to hike the tariff once again?
