Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. The same set of guys like you compare an AI power guzzling company to Infosys and TCS and wonder why aren’t they growing. These companies have heavily bled in the past and will always look to Vodafone for what happened and how everything went haywire. Profit in a low cost rate card vs the world is non-negotiable If you want a govt solution, port your sim to BSNL.
