@CMDBSNL Hello sir, My father is retired employee of BSNL. Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Would be grt if U can help.

We can not port out now and struck as number is given for various services like Bank. We are paying recharge charges to keep this active. No resolution for various complaints

@AngellicAribam @TRAI I guess this issue is only with respect to telecom. Because Bank Accounts are being opened with Aadhar. There was a time when Prepaid SIM of other states didn't use to work in NE and JK. I had prepaid BSNL of Assam Circle which didn't work in JK.
