Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So it appears that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed
