    @BSNLCorporate I'm using BSNL from many years..But due to poor network in our area I'm not able to use Internet. I also complained earlier but no action has been taken. This time i hope BSNL resolve our problem. Location-East Prasadnagar,Hazinagar,Naihati. Zip-743135 Thanks

    @BSNL_KOTD Everytime msg is received as your complaint has been resolved but no solution provided. Why should anyone pay for dead phone line every month since March'20. Even during Covid period(thereafter long bsnl strike)of 2 months same msgs sent always. No one rings to verify

    @BSNLCorporate In my home location bsnl only provide 2G service although there is a bsnl tower in my area. Where 5g is knocking, your network provides only 2g network. My area is Chaipat, Paschim Medinipur, WB-721148. Please do the needful otherwise I will port out.

    @BSNL_KOTD Nobody cares when you lodged complaint on fault booking. My landline out of order for past 15 days. My Complaint on service 033-24076706 is registered. My docket Number is 16632662262. Is BSNL really dying?😰😰😰

    @BSNLCorporate @KolkataPolice Then he asked me to provide my gpay pin so that he can deduct Rs 2 and fix the BSNL issue for ever. I refused to provide my PIN, then he started threatening me that my BSNL connection will be disconnected and will never get resolved. @KolkataPolice cyber crime, plz take action.

    @BSNLCorporate But when the service will start in that area we want to use 4G service of BSNL very bad 3G /2G in my area . Total waste of money 🙏 an acceptable network.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @DoT_India I've complained for slow and unstable 3G internet in my area,my docket num is C2370002285,on 23rd March 2022.BSNL gave me 48hrs for resolving this problem. Today 27th March,Even after all this time,no problem has been solved.Kindly solve this!

    @SBICard_Connect In the trailing mail 29/04 of Customer Care it is confirmed that “ Card is active”. Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed

    @BSNLCorporate Please resolved our grievance as soon as possible because our BSNL numbers is linked with Bank , Gas booking and other commercial activities due to such network problem we are not able to get OTP from many platforms please resolved as soon as possible. @CMDBSNL @BSNL_KOTD

    Request to BSNL please increase the number of towers. The network condition is the same today as it was 13 years ago, only 4G has come in 2G areas. If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate

    @SayantikaSays Product wise Airtel is good but customer service is pathetic. They don't listen and understand your issue and often screw up working setup. Be careful. BSNL customer service is even more pathetic.

    @JM_Scindia sir, My mobile outgoing not working since sep2025 when recharged for one year. Raised complaints to all levels including CMD everytime but no resolution. Better you change unfit cmd to save bsnl. How ever I will port out in sep 26. They register & close my complaints

    @IndianGems_ If the government really cared, they would offer a basic plan in BSNL. It already has PAN India 2g network and it's adequate for calls. But no, they just divert you towards the corporate to save their ***.
