Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So it appears that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed

It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.

No idea how to make it alive again.This landline is solely for broadband usage.Hence do not find much reason to keep this line any more due to Pathetic services of BSNL technical team.
