Girls responding to calls hearing problems advises to call after 2 hours under some pretexts . It ha happened to me for last few days and just now 10 minutes back again . Please stop such farce .

Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment
