I know the hardship of dealing with BSNL staff even for small fault rectification. Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact.   @bsnl_care We sent a message to port our BSNL connection to another network, but we have not received any response. Consequently, we tried calling Customer Care, but they are not answering either. We require a response as soon as possible, and we absolutely demand a resolution to this issue
