    @Airtel_Presence The way it functions it may soon become absence. After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. Complaint to ceodesk also fallen on deaf ears

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Landline complaint number 127272277712 with Bsnl chennai still unattended and fault not cleared till now. Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

    @BSNL_CHTD Hello sir/madam, I asked for the acknowledgement for the sanctioned new landline bsnl connection. Till now I didn't get. Why this concern too lazy in picking up the call which you have given for customer care services?.. That's why private concerns are growing.

    @airtelindia I found all over Chennai facing network problem. In our family we were using 10 prepaid connection and 4 postpaid connection. Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

    I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD Again my phone is dead. Don't know why BSNL is still being run despite unable to give a sound service. I am having a aged mother. She depends only on this phone to contact me or vice versa. I am fed up with worst service you people give.

    @BSNLCorporate @PrithvishKV @BSNL_CHTD is the worst network I ever seen. Because, Eventhough my BSNL sim card is 4G capable, they are giving 3G (metropolitan city - Chennai). I am Also not getting UPC code. I hate BSNL.

    @narendramodi_in @rsprasad The suggestion to adopt the " System integrator" model with a pretence to home grown vendors, for building BSNL's 4G network will certainly result in cost ineffectiveness besides hurting the capability of BSNL to compete . Please stop this wrong.

    @BSNLCorporate Plz don't disappoint us. We genuinely wish to use the BSNL network. But you know, it should be two way affair. There's no response from BSNL most of times. Just keep in place a periodic maintenance system at this tower, & I can assure you getting 500-1k customers within a month.

    @BSNLCorporate Please send someone for doing some maintenance work at this location. I can personally help them here. We have strong demand for BSNL here. Once u set up periodic maintenance system, (say fortnightly maintenance), then the customers will be assured about the network.

    Thanks #BSNL for not responding and not providing solution after 72 hours। Complaining for network issue from last 1 year but no one is there to listen while others providing 5G BSNL still on 2G service very wrist service. @haryanabsnl @BSNLCorporate @TRAI
