Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

They say there is no person to come and look into the complaints. I am having this number for more than 20 years. This is an inconvenience. Please look into it.

We may get higher speeds (especially if you land on Vi 4G/5G area), because Vi has already expanded 5G across Kerala.

I’ve manually selected the BSNL network, but the issue persists. Customer Care has not provided any clear solution. Please check.
