After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. All the service bills paid to govt agencies like Elec bills, Taxes, BSNL bills etc will be the first to charge UPI charges directly.
