@sumanthraman Better close down. It's their responsible for this state of BSNL. Monopoly in business long back allowed new entrant swallow their market share and drying public money everyday. They all over paid.overheads only cost them into losses

@zuckmetaverse @mommydelreystan Happened opposite with me. BSNL worked and Jio didn't. I called Jio's customer care number from a different location to talk about the problem. They said "Sorry, we can't do anything".

@nayyardhiraj Tough to impose tech boundaries in a duopoly, after Chinese vendors have also been locked out - the license premia wud be hit. Easier to treat BSNL as a true startegic test bed - it will always have some scale. Once the tech is proven, perhaps the raison de etre diminishes

@VatsRishap Plus there are many strategic sites where Only BSNL has access. Govt cannot afford to leave such a Huge Network. BSNL is to Telecom what SBI is to Banks Allegedly Top Brass is corrupt to the core and need to be made accountable for lag in services
