After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. They are only asking me to "wait" as there seems to be a technical issue at their end with recharges/port requests.

Why not make one set of plans applicable for all the circles, or let the customers customise the plan as they need like
