  @MobiKwik This is to bring to your kind attention that I have made a recharge instead of airtel i wrongly put BSNL but it says your recharge is successful how come when the service provider is wrong it has gone through .I have represented through help but no response .

  @p_nikumar No pay revision for BSNL and MTNL working staff and their pensioners since 2017. Pension is paying by central government but no pension revision done by Sri Modi government . Fist solve our issue then talk about other employees. Keep your house in order then talk about others

  @Pretentiousme @rakeshranjankr @rishibagree Leave 4G how was the service of BSNL before 4G was rolled out in India. I know the hardship of dealing with BSNL staff even for small fault rectification. Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact. You can do a survey with any BSNL cust. of 2000 05

  I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

  @sukumaranlens @rishibagree BSNL service, please don't joke. Out of 30 days in a month approximately 20 days the basic landline service wil be dead. No use of walking to the telephone exchange and registering complaints.

  @Airtel_Presence I’ve used that number 900303777 almost 11 years and it was disconnected for ₹67, I asked my number @ Parrys Showroom in Chennai, they said approach BSNL & BSNL said contact Airtel! How you say my issue resolved? First of all understand the issue!

Just after 2 days it is same “no internet for 2 days “ and customer care said “visit bsnl office” and its in loop.. Now i m just waiting for airtel to launch fiber in my location.

  @DoT_India Hi Team, Any updates? I have already wasted 150 rs BSNL I have twice recharged for 10 rs talktime 1 recharge of 33 for message And 1 unlimited plan recharge of 97. But still not able to send message. @BSNLCorporate,@TRAI - Never thought Modi govt to be this inefficient.
