They say there is no person to come and look into the complaints. I am having this number for more than 20 years. This is an inconvenience. Please look into it.

After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated.
