@airtelindia I found all over Chennai facing network problem. In our family we were using 10 prepaid connection and 4 postpaid connection. Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD Again my phone is dead. Don't know why BSNL is still being run despite unable to give a sound service. I am having a aged mother. She depends only on this phone to contact me or vice versa. I am fed up with worst service you people give.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Landline complaint number 127272277712 with Bsnl chennai still unattended and fault not cleared till now. Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

@stufflistings I guess BSNL offers cheapest plans although they aren't much beneficial. Anyways, that's a good move when all the big telecom companies have hiked their plans. Although BSNL is notoriously known for its poor network, I am sure the financially weak section will praise this move.👏
