After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. Under the free 5G SIM upgrade scheme, he visited the BSNL Customer Care Centre May 2026 onwards and was issued a new prepaid 5G SIM.
