  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

  @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

  @VodaIdea_NEWS That's a joke! If there was one ounce of customer centricity & focus on healthy competition, today the industry wouldn't have seen monopoly. State run bsnl would have been at a better place. In india business is beyond suite & tie.

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR MNP done from MP circle to Bihar. When I called customer care for tele verification, I am told that details are not updated against the number. If details are not updated then how come MNP request has been accepted. Very poor BSNL BIHAR service.

  @airtelindia such a pathetic service not able to shift my connection in the same city from the past 5 days. Waste of money and time. Customer Service of even bsnl is better. Go for jio for best service

  Complaint was raised on 10th sep & i was informed that issue would be resolved in 24-48hrs instead i went to exchange (bsnl baramulla kashmir )they showed least interest in doing anything concrete.Ironically i called @BSNLCorporate 's LINEMAN , he said he is grass cutting at home

  @BSNLCorporate Also the BSNL person responsible the prompt service in our area is known for lazy , ridiculous , irresponsible. In have personally complained and not action has been take thus far . I have been trying to reach him since yesterday no response as always
