@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

@BSNLCorporate @MinistryWCD After complaining many time now thr local authorities started to tease by not allowing net for minimum 2 days in a week .This immature behaviour was not expected by bsnl after complaint of service.

Hi @BSNLMH_Nagpur @BSNLCorporate what is the procedure to change the name of owner from bsnl wifi bill. Its in my dad’s name i want to change it to my name. I went to BSNL office which is in my town (Umred district Nagpur) but coudnt get the support from them. Kindly Suggest.

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate My BSNL landline No 24112980 was completely dead and no service was available between 01.02.2020 to 22.01.2021, vide complaint no. 15340744222. Kindly refund the rent paid by me for the non working period.
