@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

@TelecomTalk Call waiting settings also have some issues. I had to raise a ticket to get it rectified. Now it is only working on my number but the rest of the bsnl numbers it is not working. VoWifi is still not appearing in the operator settings on my oneplus. From Karnataka circle.

@SetsuYuki4 As a bsnl user can relate. It is so **** and I don't know what they have done with thier firewall but some sites just don't work properly on their internet and my new laptop cannot use internet sync for date and time if I connect it with my wifi have to connect it with my phone

@bsnl_care today my father Subal upgraded his 2g sim to 4g from Bsnl Raniganj CSC 713347 office charged 70 although as per 1503 60 is chargeable take a complaint. The concerned officer Mr. Sarkar refused to give a receipt of 70. Check DM for the reg. no.

@BSNL_AS @bsnlassamcircle @BSNLCorporate No BSNL network in Anipur, Assam (PIN 788734) — not even in broad daylight. How can users receive OTPs or use essential services with zero signal? The nearest tower is <1 km away but no coverage at all. Please fix this soon. #BSNL #Assam

@lakhanram252525 @Ravisutanjani Based on recent user comments on X and forums like Reddit/Trustpilot, plus reports from Opensignal (June 2025) and nPerf, BSNL's signal in Delhi NCR is mixed: decent 4G outdoor coverage in central areas, but often weak indoors, in suburbs (e.g., during rain), and remote spots. Average download speeds ~7-10 Mbps vs Jio's 100+ Mbps. Complaints about inconsistency are common, though expansions are ongoing (5G by Dec 2025). Worth porting from Jio? If cost savings matter and you test locally first—Jio generally offers better reliability/speed. Check BSNL's coverage map for your area.

BSNL killed 2G/3G SIMs without warning. Need Aadhaar auth for replacement, but my biometrics are locked, unlock needs OTP to the dead number. Only fix: visit an Aadhaar center & get number changed. What an amazing “digital” governance.

BSNL floated a tender for border NE States of around 1400 Crores. As per IB advise, Chinese OEMs weren’t allowed to participate and Alcatel Lucent became winner. The order was cancelled and re tendered because instructions came from Sibal and 10JP. Chinese were allowed to bid and ZTE won the order. This was followed by tender for rest of India. Because of prices set by ZTE in NE, no one bid in these bids except ZTE. Entire 3G network to BSNL went to ZTE. Fixed line went to Huawei. After @narendramodi govt came, both ZTE and Huawei, quietly shut their shops. Go check. Your end point devices mean nothing if the data travels over Chinese backbone. This was purely 10JP game.
