    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @BSNLCorporate I don't know why BSNL's all routes are all time busy !! I'm using BSNL landline and all time its saying " All line of this rout are currently busy, pls try after some time" . Wtf ! Now you say , how can I make a call?

    @FI_InvestIndia BSNL was in telecom sector for last 70 who stopped from providing better service, BSNL took 1 year fiber optic broadband while hathway provided in 1 day . BSNL is full of useless people who don't care about customers

    Which shows 4g symbol in my phone but internet doesn't work, I have been raised complaints in BSNL self-care app, calling the customer care service then also it is not resolved, recently I got a message from BSNL stating now 4g is available in your area,

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I have ported to BSNL network on December 2024 seeing the ads that it has now launched 4g network with a good service hoping I will also get the same i switched to BSNL network the problem is I am not getting the internet in 4g network in my area.

    @OrkaySleek89572 @AdeParimal Once you port into BSNL, you will never be able to port your number anywhere else.. they just won't issue an NOC.. sarkari office ke chakkar kaat te reh jaoge.. keep complaining no one will care a damn

    @mussu7777777 @IndianTechGuide BSNL's new VoWiFi (Voice over Wi-Fi) service allows making voice calls using Wi-Fi or broadband without cellular network. It's free, needs a compatible smartphone, and is available in South/West zones, expanding soon. Great for poor signal areas.

    @BSNLCorporate Recharged my mobile number 9403471987 for ₹ 199 on 28th September, but services are not restored yet though 9 days gone. There is no response when called 18001801503. Now I realized why people are avoiding Bsnl. Please give mail id to lodge complaint.
