    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @BSNL_OR no one came to correct my bsnl bharat fiber (phone no. 06712952125)..to all other bsnl consumers who is twitting for grievances redressal... don't waste your time by twitting here as no action happens even on multiple time twitting same problem...now i quit bsnl...

    This is not a new thing about #BSNL BSNL Network never worked properly In rural areas I had complained on Twitter but I found respond from Bsnl that problem due to Road widening. This is an good work to not to do work. BSNL = BHAI SAHAB NAHI LAGEGA

    @RajTMulchandani @RaniSahni2 If government of India is not allowing upgradation of services like 4g and 5g what will services do service provider. It is not correct that BSNL employees were not keen to provide services.
