  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

  @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

  @JioCare If you had the intention to fix my issue I would have received a call from an engineer till this moment as usual no info. No thanks for your inconvenience. @BSNLCorporate engineer is on the way to install BSNL fibre. I will happily share the picture with u.

  @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate On 17 may 2022 I have made my complaint to BSNL ABOUT A PENDING REFUND OF MY CLOSED ACCOUNT ON 16/11/2020 BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AFTER 20 MONTHS THERE IS NO REPLY NO RESPONSE FROM BSNL CAN SOMEONE FROM BSNL TAKE THIS WORK IN HAND ...

  @AwadhNarainDix2 @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL was planning to have a limited launch on 15th August. If you really understand how networks are rolled out you will not make such silly arguments that we can rollout a full network in 6months.
