  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

  @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

  Also the neighboring tower at Sangreli which provides 2G/3G Signals to above areas is also coming under frequent network outages,Whn BSNL has outsourced this maintenance work 2 some other agencies R they unfit to maintain d services, Y a Blind Eye towards this attitude by BSNL.

  @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd @BSNL_KTK It's sad to mention that no BSNL network available at T2, Kempegowda International Airport,Bengaluru. Strange to notice that BSNL doesn't provide proper connectivity/network at Important/Main locations like Airports (in BLR, New Delhi). Pathetic.

  @JioCare it’s been 24 days since I have had Internet connectivity. I have lodged numerous complaints, most of which auto closed from back end without any service engineer attending. I have now requested for termination of my connection. Appellate is even worse. BSNL/Airtel better

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate This is the third visit to BSNL Bhawani Peth office. Even after KYC outgoing is still stopped on my number ******7620. Customer care disconnect call every time. Do I have to make hundred visits ?
