    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_UKD BSNL service isn't even worth talking of, only reason I keep this connection alive for my elderly inlaws is as back up. but it's been dead for couple of weeks, no amount of complaints have rectified it. no wonder the country is giving up on BSNL phones

    I made recharge of 186 to my @BSNLCorporate number but it was not pocessed but money debit i want my refund otherwise activate otherwise I will go to court @AshwiniVaishnaw i have proof your bsnl customer care agent told me your recharge is successful i have voice record also

    @BSNLCorporate Ftth # 02626-299203 is broadband is not working since Tuesday, I have logged complaint, surat bsnl exchange is not receiving calls. This is impacting my work from home production, plz do need full Asap @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

    @naveensingh_ Sir, Issue of Rajatalab SO is pending at BSNL level. In this regard, Ticket was raised by this office and it will be resolved shortly.

    @BSNLCorporate sir, since last 4 days there is no mobile network for BSNL mobiles in shahpura block district jabalpur, area pin- 483119. Local line man says there is power failure issue and exchange has no power back up setup. Kindly resolve

    @aami_parthachkr As reported, FTTH connection and internet service are dependent on BSNL. Hence, whenever any link failure issue arises the matter is forwarded to the BSNL for early resolution of the same. Moreover, the printer cartridge to Sabroom S.O. was supplied on 11.08.2022.

    @BSNLCorporate I had connected to the legends of bsnl customer 1503 they had given shocking answer to me when i had told from Hyderabad immediately response given as "TOWER ISSUE". They are not listing my problem where i am staying
