@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

@cgm_mh_bsnl After being a customer of BSNL for 08 years writing this with utmost disappointment. BSNL fiber broadband is available in entire pune but not in a central govt establishment i.e., NDA, Khadakwasla, Pune. No official is taking initiation in this reg.. @BSNL_MH

@BSNLCorporate most **** service provider it has been two week they have not repaired my #BSNL #ftth connection but when it comes to send the bill it will be on time and if unable to pay late charges will apply @bsnl_raebareli

@ZeeBusiness BSNL officials (ones I dealt with) were never in their offices, though had fans, lights & ACs running. Offering a speed of just 10 mbps on paper & actual speed of 4 mbps will ensure you run into losses eating up tax payers money. Govt should not feed a psu like BSNL
