@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

@veersingh9999 Sir/Madam, as per reply received from SSPO's Kota Speed of net is slow and this issue has been reported to BSNL authority. This issue occured since 23.01.2022 which was already apprised to CEPT for redressal. (1/2)

@BSNLCorporate Pathetic experience trying to apply for BSNL landline. Applied on 3Jan, Req#128251219055 pending since 1st week Jan, zero updates/response from customer care who seem to be well trained in disconnecting calls at will. True PSU like behavior!

@BSNLCorporate Many times it is requested to bsnl to check 7.08 am recharge however bsnl repeatedly saying 6.05 pm recharge successful through my bsnl app Which the customer knows already that that recharge was already successful The plan was not benefitted for 7.08 am recharge
