  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

  @BSNLCorporate and @bsnl_ap_circle @CMDBSNL We are using BSNL for the past 9 Years and now there is a interruption with services and When reached with local BSNL office, the reply we got is " You are the only customer in that area" so we cannot address the issue.

  @BSNLCorporate Really really dissappointed with the service of BSNL. I am currently paying for 100 mbps plan but I am only getting 35mbps download and 0.9mbps upload speed. Is this justified? I am not able to do any work. There is no network stability. It keeps on fluctuating.

  @TelecomTalk Delivering 4G service to customers is next impossible for BSNL similar is in the case of FTTH too. To compete with other Telecom operators BSNL has to do lot of revamp exercise particularly with internal staff pattern and technology upgrade.
