@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

On paper, BSNL is in revival mode. On the ground, there are 90,000+ Towers in many towns, but the quality of service is still at lower than 2G/3G. This isn’t revival—it’s just paper management. #SaveBSNL #SaveSwadeshi4G #OperationSankalp

@Officejmscindia My landline hv been out of service for four days. I lodged complaint.but no body to listen me. Instead,it cleared in record as operational /I did tweet and tagged JPR/Raj BSNL. It shows someone wants to discourage people to give up BSNL.

However, BSNL has pushed back on this, claiming the report misinterpreted their infrastructure sharing agreement and "erroneously overestimated" the amount. BSNL states the issue is a billing dispute over add-on technology, and it has already invoiced Jio for ₹108 crore while pursuing the remaining dues.
