    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @HathwayBrdband Third class isp, don't use it. They are slower than BSNL & MTNL to attend the customer's queries.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlmh @bsnlpune MNP process of 9960194348 and 9766168484 incomplete. The users have been already disconnected by previous operators, but they have no network for BSNL till now. Also FRC recharge is failing again and again on these numbers. Please act urgently.

    @BSNLCorporate agra sikandra bsnl optical fibre and landline bith not working for last 2 days. Noone attended any complaint also. Number 0562:2641888 Pls urgently resolve the issue

    I have got a msg from BSNL to contact the area DGM in response to my tweet, appreciate it. But I'm looking for any other private broadband service providers. I heard local cable operators are not letting others, but not sure how far it is true. Hope this will be resolved soon.

    One of the earliest ways I have tried ascertaining where we were on a train journey was to read flashes of where the nearest BSNL tower was transmitting signal on my mom's Nokia 6300.

    @BSNL_BR from 28/2/2022 i am not able to use my internet and when i am calling to customer care no one responds . there is ( bsnl 3g ) supported tower near my house but still i am only getting 2g network coverage.
