    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @BSNLCorporate From more than 3 years I'm complaining & others locals has complained also,but results is Zoro. Problem is not solving but increasing day to day. Please solve our problem otherwise we have only on option to leave BSNL.

    @Crocus_sativus @OpIndia_com That's because of the poor management of government. That's what I am trying to say all along government strategically destroyed bsnl so that others can get benefit. Do you know bsnl is state entity. State means nation. When competition ends users are forced to pay.
