BSNL always welcomes new customer but they didn't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems. Road corners & junctions need early attention.

But the government must find a way to get rid of the useless corrupt officials, who are solely responsible for its downfall. Outsourcing to private is a solution.
