1/2 We called up BSNL Official stating the urgency for reconnection but all request went down the drain. Poor service & pathetic attitude of Staff is the reason why BSNL customers have ported out from your services. Job of few hours is not done in weeks. Really shameful act.

@Sumit_Sh23 @BSNLCorporate Don't go with BSNL.BSNL's after sell service is worst than Airtel.BSNL always welcomes new customer but they don't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems.If customers complaint a probleme then they takes handsup.

@Paytmcare non payment of mobile bill amounting RS 465.92. Talked with the operator(bsnl) they haven't recieved any payment. Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.

With Jio, you can never talk to customer care — only a computer keeps saying “we will answer your questions.” For 3 years I’ve been complaining, but nothing has been solved. WiFi is always slow, calls don’t connect. Honestly, BSNL is far better than Jio. @reliancejio
