    @BSNL_KTK @bsnl_bangalore @BSNLCorporate It's really sad to say but experiencing the worst service from bsnl in IT city. There is no internet from last 4 days in our apartment and the local bsnl authorities are not responding at all. That's why people are going away from BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate LL 0761-2680371, CID 1055296309, LL receiver was faulty taken by BSNL staff for , replacement on April 05 along with Rs 100/- for BB splitter price but not yet replaced, it already 14 days since,do the needful to resolve the issue.

    @Thrups5 @BSNLCorporate It's a window of opportunity to switch to another service provider. BSNL, is quite useless in solving complaints. Worst is they are not even coordinated. Those who tweet on their behalf and those on ground have no problem idea what's going on.

    @BSNL_KTK I'm getting constant 2 MBPS i have contacted local bsnl ftth office they are telling for 449 plan we'll only get 100gb data @ 30mbps afterwards it's all 2mbps but in website in Bouchers and all they are advertising as 30mbps till 3300gb @ 449. Please help me here

    Couple of months back I have taken BSNL FTTH plan with 30mbps (Rs 2799) and shifted to Rangat from Chennai. I was afraid to rely on BSNL at first as there was no back up or the mobile network. However, I am glad to tell that my experience with BSNL have been good.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia Inspite of repeated calling and followup,Still no resolution provided, BSNL Fiber down since last 29 days, BSNL Seniors not picking phone, GM not responding, FTTH Head not picking phone.Whats the penalty to BSNL for inefficient service and wasting our taxpayers money.

    Any1 thinking of taking @IshanGroup internet DONT!! consistently deliver 10% of promised speeds evn aftr repeated complaints, internet goes down for 36-40 hours B4 any1 responds, &their technical team is highly incompetent! worst provider have encountered & even compared 2 #Bsnl!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD No mobile data service is available in Kolkata BSNL from last 2 days. It's for multiple BSNL mobile connections in my home,so please don't ask for specific phone number.
