    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir My problem is that since I have ported from Idea to bsnl, my registration in bhim upi has failed, so my bank account cannot be linked, but sms charges are deducted. , I requested to you solve this problem Thank you

    @FI_InvestIndia BSNL has a horrible network coverage; right in the middle of the city. I use BSNL as a secondary SIM. 🙄

    @TweetinderKaul @RelianceDigital @reliancejio I have never had any issues with MTNL / BSNL / VSNL internet. Have had them since dial up stopped. Both in Mumbai and Pune. Its fast with no issues. If anything, their contractor quickly solves the problem.

    @sunthoshbabu @Geekytamizha_ Whats outcome of those protests? Do they lower? No it just makes everyone aware. And people r free to choose. Go choose bsnl if u want. Or if any other network is there as per ur convenience. Same way go to restaurant n have food. To avoid these service providers.

    @airtelindia VPN issue since 18 Dec 2025. Endless calls, emails, zero accountability. Ticket closed without resolution. Final excuse: “American VPN problem” — works fine on Jio & BSNL. Absolute joke of a service. Goodbye Airtel. #AirtelFail

    Hi @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate, My internet has been down for two days, and the indicator shows a red light for LOS. I contacted the local BSNL operator, but he informed me that he is unavailable & will not be able to assist for 2-3 days. I need to work, so could you please help

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care my BSNL sim is not working and when i went to bsnl office in pune they asked me to go to delhi as it was bought there, all my official work is with that number and now i can't access it, and can't connect to your customer care number 180001801503

    @FI_InvestIndia BSNL could have the leader but no will power. The babus kept taking bribes from private operators to not grow their business, greed of BSNL babus caused this problem
