  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

  @itzksrai Dear Customer, To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Please ensure that your handset software is updated to the latest version. For further assistance, please contact BSNL Customer Care at 1800-180-1503 or visit your nearest BSNL office.   @BSNLCorporate Network downtime needs to be reduced further; if a network outage on a Sunday means the issue won't be resolved until Monday, BSNL will never become anyone's primary SIM.

  @reliancejio 3. On 31/8 again applied for fiber connection and visit was scheduled on 1 Septat 11.00 am but they again rescheduled it on 8 Sept . This behavior of Jio service provider with customer is the same as it was in BSNL before 2010.🙏🏻

  @JagadishShettar I request your attention regarding a serious issue with BSNL services in Belagavi. I have been asked to pay an extra ₹3,000 for a single BSNL connection, apart from the official charges.
