    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @BSNLCorporate 4G SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN CHAPRA, BIHAR, SARAN. BSNL STILL PROVIDES 3G SERVICE HARE. DATA SPEED IS POOR. VOICE CONNECTIVITY IS POOR. BSNL SHOULD IMPROVE ITS QUALITY HERE.

    @BSNLCorporate we are now fed up with constant issues we face with BSNL Fibre Optic in my town. It is everyday thing now that net stops working due to some or the other reasons. This is one of the reasons privatisation is very important. BSNL you Suck 👎@MIB_India @ianuragthakur

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ still there is no response after complaining or tweeting. BSNL is ignoring its customer after taking connection like they are not part of it. Please let me tell u if this issue doesn't resolve asap I'll discontinue using bsnl Fibre. Shittiest services sfar

    I have got a msg from BSNL to contact the area DGM in response to my tweet, appreciate it. But I'm looking for any other private broadband service providers. I heard local cable operators are not letting others, but not sure how far it is true. Hope this will be resolved soon.
