    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate No wonder BSNL is not working. Privatization is clearly needed. Employees show no interest in doing their job and seem to be enjoying free salaries. I called customer care 3–4 times, they pick up the call but don’t respond, only background noise is heard

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 When ever there is a good message or new offer by bsnl why so many people report issues all over india. There can be two things either BSNL is not addressing such issues and not resolving it or there are people who are always say bad abt bsnl.pls resolve if any such issues .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA ​ International Roaming (USA) is failing to register on local networks (T-Mobile/AT&T). Is this due to the 2G shutdown? Many users are affected. Please provide the correct APN or network settings to restore service. @bsnl_care #BSNL #RoamingIssue
