@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

@DoT_India @bsnl your local incharge Mr. Byreddy Venkat Reddy was rude and arrogant. His behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. He is the only reason I'm switching to another service. His arrogance and rude attitude made that decision easy.

Recently brought bsnl and I had a worst exp in my life with it.. No signal coverage.The network is for only calls some say but even for call we need tower singal that too not getting properly in indoors.#bsnlsim#no1dubakoorsim#kanchipuram.Now I get why they didn't raise price

@BSNLCorporate It’s been 4 days without Bharat Fibre connection. Despite repeated requests, no action has been taken. The local office keeps giving excuses like “too hot to fix.” This attitude is exactly why BSNL is losing trust and market share. Please look into it urgently.

▪ CAG estimates on losses to BSNL from RJIL a misinterpretation, correction done: MoS Telecom The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India estimates on losses to BSNL from Reliance Jio Infocomm were based on the misinterpretation of a clause on add-on technology, and it has been rectified in a transparent and equitable manner, Parliament was informed on Wednesday. The CAG report tabled in Parliament in April had said the government suffered a loss of Rs 1,757.56 crore as state-owned telecom firm BSNL failed to bill Reliance Jio for 10 years since May 2014 as per their agreement on passive infrastructure sharing. "BSNL has Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with M/s RJIL, for leasing of BSNL's tower infrastructure to install their equipment. There is no revenue loss to BSNL and the government. The estimate of CAG was based on the misinterpretation of the clause of add-on technology, which has now been rectified in a transparent and equitable manner. BSNL has since raised the revised invoices from RJIL," Minister of State for Telecom Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar said in a written reply to the Lok Sabha. #BSNL #Jio #Telecom

@reliancejio is tooo worst I have raised porting request from BSNL to Jio and paid 349/- in online and pre kyc was also done more than 24Hrs has been completed still I didn't even received my sim card please don't trust JIO network
