@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

@rsprasad @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir My problem is that since I have ported from Idea to bsnl, my registration in bhim upi has failed, so my bank account cannot be linked, but sms charges are deducted. , I requested to you solve this problem Thank you

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

@milinddeora Let’s be serious Milind ji, successive governments have worked to destroy the intrinsic value of both BSNL & MTNL to benefit private players. Unions were used as vote banks while companies behaved as they were doing some samaj seva by giving service to the customers

@shiivamkumarr @zuckmetaverse Yeah so work on it. If Ordinance factory could be turned into profit i don’t think BSNL would be hard. These are core sectors government shouldn’t give up. Im all for privatisation. I support gov in other fields but don’t give up 100% in telecom. And have one gov bank.

I feel cheated since the third party service guy gave me huwai routers for ₹ 3500 with no box and power adopter and gave me some local adopter. I don't no how to check its originality. Why cont bsnl list the standard routers/modems compatible with its bharth fiber connection.

@BSNL_KOTD I even called 03322290000. The person who answered was more concerned about my money getting credited back into my account as the recharge didn't process through. Is there anyone genuinely interested to help bsnl and their customers? @BSNLCorporate

@kushalbhagia @anuragxel @AbhirathB Bsnl existed when there was no jio,airtel or vodafone. Bsnl was d go to company for all landline and broad band connection. The govt didn't allow to participate in 3g and 4g auctions. The only joke is ur poor understanding of a psu.
