    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir My problem is that since I have ported from Idea to bsnl, my registration in bhim upi has failed, so my bank account cannot be linked, but sms charges are deducted. , I requested to you solve this problem Thank you

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @nitishrajpute Taking an example of BSNL! pathetic service &admin whereas Airtel Vodafone Docomo etc came in to increase competition between themselves & benefited people and then lol Jio came&boom.. tho other companies haven't destroyed yet. Bt just am example

    @sksingh_deo Kindly Mam install a BSNL mobile tower at our Village Mursund (MURSUNDHA) 767021 which is a Gram Panchayat now of Agalpur Block in Balangir District.More than 4500 people need this network.

    @purnachandra07 @Bharatashree Along with previous governments, this one also failed go bring customer friendly environment in BSNL. Very less chance of BSNL survival in this competitive environment with such customer service

    Sir, @KTRTRS @KTRoffice I am.serving the govt offices inclusing state secretariat and state assembly (bsnl phones - outsourcing). My Dad Requires an Hernea Surgery very immediately. I unable to bare such amount in this covid criris. Arogya sree is not working on this surgery .

    @PuniaVishavjeet @iamAbhi_9 I agreed with the fact na that I am uneducated that's why I approached you for better clarity. Agreed to the point that pvt. sector can't work "completely" for public interest but does that mean it would never and if it is so then you must be using only BSNL and no other network
