BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.

Where has govt monopoly in India been good? BSNL sucks. Railways suck Air India sucked. Private competition is necessary. Abolition is not the solution.

Who will be ready to join you without proper service & no 5G but recharge with high cost. Bsnl is better as per their tariff & service.

Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.

Harsh Khakhi (@harshkhakhi) reported@Ravisutanjani Look at the service. I have 2 BSnL in family. With that number unable to register UPI complaint was done multiple times but no solution. Finally shifted to Vodafone.
