    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw i don't know what you guys are doing with bsnl network..no network and i am not able to play 1080p in video very disappointed with services of bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate i want to downgrade my fibre plan to basic from basic plus because m not getting good speed there is no option on online portal so i raised a complaint regarding this on online portal they replied that i have to submit application in bsnl office and closed complait

    @sandeep_PT Not by private firms... It is destroyed by you..You the bsnl employees...Who never bothered for services..Just corruption

    @sandeep_PT BSNL was destroyed by BSNL employees and Govt only. Poor infrastructure and poor attitude of employees.

    @BSNL_OR Customer already spoken and met with SDO for resolved the issues. However service provider having monopoly and bad customer service to loose , hampers the business of esteemed organization BSNL..

    @sandeep_PT I guess you have never been to a BSNL office.the morons never wanted to work ....the private companies excelled due to hard work.

    @desisrinivas @sandeep_PT Nope it did not. I had @Airtel_Presence DSL in GGN from 2004-2011. Never had any issues. From 2012-2018 I had BSNL in GZB. Issues from day 1. Never got the promised speed. Turned out BSNL doesn't know how to properly mantain their DNS servers. Line issues every week.

    @tataplayfiber @RNTata2000 @TataCompanies Feedbk- GUD Speed. 2. Data cable- its in d complaint 3. Pwd- on/off router- I AM YET2CHK IT! 4. LL NO. I YET2 BUY D PHONE. Until 2015 i had BSNL LL- MODEM BRDBAND!
