@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

To the customer care executive of bsnl i want to inform that the customer service of bsnl is very poor because when we call customer care service of bsnl it says press 3 for hindi but after pressing there is no response and again repeat the same @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate

I am using Airtel, Vi & Jio also, but now I am thinking to switch back on BSNL. Because they all are just increasing their plans & no one is taking responsibility to provide better network. Sometimes I can't even send WhatsApp messages. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
