    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    @BSNLCorporate I complaint many times regarding shutdown of bsnl tower near me after power cut and direct message on twitter but nothing happened.I also registered my complain on grivence portal with docket no.UPE/CO/2021/8909and send mail to higher authority but nothing happened

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing.... Customers patience is running out with a patient BSNL. Even after your so called 'Escalation' there has been resolution. Seems NO one listens to BSNL Not going to pay the bill for Non-functional telephone line.

    @TRAI JTO Buhana Say Rs. 3500 Per connection required extra by cash before conn. after you deposited 6x3500 rs cash we give conn. BSNL take rs 3500 per conn. so BSNL add this amount on Bill, I already Reach BSNL Raj GM (Vigilance) about this problem but no solution
