    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    @CMDBSNL sir my bsnl broadband number is 05612276060 firozabad upwest pincode is 283103 , sir last 15-20 days bsnl not working and there is no action after complaint and we are students and employees doing work from home please sir I request you take some action

    @DoT_India My issue escalated in passed as well. What action has been taken . I think no action has been taken that's why bsnl local bts didn't work when electricity cut in my area and they don't have backup plan

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl not corporate with our customers so I port my bsnl no. To jio network successfully and many bsnl number also will port in jio and Airtel which is approximately 15-20 year old bsnl user .i will share all number soon.

    @BSNLCorporate it's been a more than 15 days bus still bsnl employees didn't corrected internet services and voicecalling quality in my area, customer support is not in mood to respond and bsnl employees is sleeping as always. Sarkari job walo ka kuch nhi ho sakta hii

    @bsnlupe why bsnl Airfiber service is getting worse, frequently disconnects,also you charge higher than fiber connection.
