    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    Last year bought 2 Moto G35 5G handsets,facing signal issues only 1 handset from last week after inserting Vi Sim,BSNL 4G Sim in slot 1 & Vi Sim in slot 2, whenever using Vi 4G,BSNL signal goes away suddenly,no issue with other handset@motorolaindia

    I have contacted BSNL customer care and visited your office several times, but the staff only gives the same reply: “wait, it will port soon,” without taking any real action. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability is unacceptable. @BSNLCorporate

    Using JIO in slot 1 & BSNL in slot 2,no signal issues tried to match with both handset,1 with Vi Sim having this issue.Can u describe it?

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Sir, first of all kindly improve the network stability, connectivity. I am living in Vizag City, could not get any incoming calls, even after visiting nearby BSNL offices. I ported to BSNL from other network operator. I am exhausted to use #BSNL. #Badexperience.
