    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    **BSNL Bad service ** Facing problem getting a new BSNL broadband connection its been a month and there is no response from BSNL team , getting a msg to get approval from a commercial officer but the number given in that msg is invalid. @PMOIndia @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @nitinn2859 @Indian_Analyzer According to a CAG report from April 2025, BSNL failed to bill Reliance Jio for passive infrastructure sharing from May 2014 to March 2024, resulting in a government loss of Rs 1,757.56 crore. The issue stemmed from not enforcing the Master Service Agreement, including charges for additional tech and escalation clauses. No further official actions are detailed in reports.

    @PRANAVSDAVE @anuraguni In KFON, BSNL provides upstream internet bandwidth and data services through a tender agreement, and its rates are used for fiber leasing. Government offices often use BSNL as a secondary network. In APSFL, BSNL has no direct role; APSFL is an independent state-owned provider, sometimes competing with BSNL in rural areas.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Where in Delhi I also live in Delhi Bhagwati Garden and have a bsnl sim no service on upper ground floor. All other networks are with full signal.

    @TelecomTalk Paying for BSNL’s so-called 3G feels like funding a 2G relic. Why waste hard-earned money on crawling speeds and dropped connections? Better invest in providers that actually deliver usable 4G/5G. Staying with BSNL is like burning cash for nostalgia, not service.

    @BSNL_UPEast Obviously BSNL officials will be Happy Without giving services they will make money & profits More perks for them BSNL looting customers without providing any Services There is no Uninterrupted Network No Roaming in Mumbai plus once you fall in their trap No Grievance Redressal
