    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    Dear Customer, Greetings of the day,The fixed monthly charge(FMC) for your existing Plan is getting enhanced from Rs 349/month to Rs 369/month w.e.f 01.08.2020. @BSNL_UPW #bsnl in this pandemic time how you can increase any amount for the poor and worst BSNL @narendramodi.

    @CMDBSNL sir my bsnl broadband number is 05612276060 firozabad upwest pincode is 283103 , sir last 15-20 days bsnl not working and there is no action after complaint and we are students and employees doing work from home please sir I request you take some action

    **BSNL Bad service ** Facing problem getting a new BSNL broadband connection its been a month and there is no response from BSNL team , getting a msg to get approval from a commercial officer but the number given in that msg is invalid. @PMOIndia @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_UPW in Agra their is only 3G, net speed is worst, as per @narendramodi Ji's #atmnirbharbharat why #bsnl is not improving mobile net connectivity. And if you are working why it's not on ground, how people believe in Government policies, from 6 years 5G is about to come.

    I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate I am using BSNL SIM (Raj) in Kerala (Kochi). I have done recharge of 365 rs. After recharge I am facing the network issue (both Calling and internet). Wastage of money. I have called customercare they told that we can't do anything because your sim from Raj circle

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Again, the great BSNL Officials say that the fault is set right, without any cross verification. No one dares to speak directly with the customer complainant. There is no direct complaint number or email of any higher authority ! What to do ? Very sad, BSNL..

    @BSNLCorporate DMed last week. Still no response from local office. Please look into it. I also have BSNL landline service with no. 02375251252. This also got disconnected due to line issue and is still off from 2 months.

    @cgmbsnlmp Sir BSNL fibre speed is very low in NTPC VINDHYANAGAR Singrauli Only 2-5 mbps , contacted local administration but as per them problem in whole Singrauli. Kindly get it rectified, mobile network is better then BSNL fibre connection Expect some solution

    Bad customer service. Its really feel harassed by Jio executive named Manish. His contact no. 9882200016 Center Solan Himachal Pradesh. I want To port out my VI, Airtel and BSNL NO. Into Jio Family Plan so I Requested to Jio, through Google Jio website on 20-21 June.

    @rvp Sir, we regret to inform that presently there is neither copper cable nor fiber available in Pujarli on Melhi Junga Road. The signal strength of Bharta Air Fiber will be tested from Tara Devi Location for proper working. Also, BSNL is not providing cable TV service in HP. Regards
