    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    @BSNL_UPW in Agra their is only 3G, net speed is worst, as per @narendramodi Ji's #atmnirbharbharat why #bsnl is not improving mobile net connectivity. And if you are working why it's not on ground, how people believe in Government policies, from 6 years 5G is about to come.

    @CMDBSNL sir my bsnl broadband number is 05612276060 firozabad upwest pincode is 283103 , sir last 15-20 days bsnl not working and there is no action after complaint and we are students and employees doing work from home please sir I request you take some action

    Dear Customer, Greetings of the day,The fixed monthly charge(FMC) for your existing Plan is getting enhanced from Rs 349/month to Rs 369/month w.e.f 01.08.2020. @BSNL_UPW #bsnl in this pandemic time how you can increase any amount for the poor and worst BSNL @narendramodi.

    @BSNLCorporate We have complained many times but the local BSNL representative does not reply to calls and customer care offers no solution and just delays further. We are very disappointed and frustrated with the BSNL service. @BSNLCorporate

    @PMOIndia humble request whatever huddles are there pack up mtnl and just have BSNL in Delhi and Mumbai as well. People are fed up with poor network even when prices are being hiked very often.

    @stockifi_Invest I used to be in a small city in TN, only BSNL was providing broadband service in that part of city as it was around 15km from the city centre. I must say the pricing and service was abhorrent, no customer service, no complaint management system.
