And if you are working why it's not on ground, how people believe in Government policies, from 6 years 5G is about to come.

When I called for support, I was told to visit nearest BSNL office, which is 45 km away from my home. There is no proper customer care to resolve the issue

I switched from BSNL to Airtel (with the same number) just because BSNL doesn't have their own network in Mumbai & Delhi and I have to depend on MTNL
