@Paytm @ICICIBank @UPI_NPCI I have tried to pay for a good cause yesterday icici debit happened, Paytm shows failed transaction. icici customer care asks me to call beneficiary bank. If that's a resolution by icici y not mention it on website and close the customer care dept.

@Paytm is fraud company I did not order the soundbox and the soundbox has been sent to me. After that, when I want to deactivate it, the customer care says that it cannot be deactivated. After that, they collect some amount in the name of charges.

Avoid booking bus tickets through paytm, there support is kind of a scam, they won't let you upload any proof because their support does not support any kind of media and you will be stuck for ever and get no solution. Worst bus experience #Sanjaytravels @Paytm @Paytmcare
