One of xpressbees agent called me and took pick up item yesterday and now my app is showing it has been rejected again. Seriously what's going on.

@Paytm I'd applied for KYC but nobody came on scheduled date. I got call after few days person asking me to come for KYC but he didn't come. He did call me three times and no show. You CC called when I told the issue they simply disconnected. What the hell with payTM. Worst Exp.

@Paytmcare It should be displayed on your twitterhandle that paytm does not have a grievance redressal procedure & in case of any after sale issue, customers are helpless & hopeless. This way innocent customes can be made aware of paytm mall services. 100% assurance is not follwed at paytm.

I tried booking train tickets via irctc but transaction was failed. If I check with irctc they are pointing towards hdfc and hdfc is pointing to Paytm and Paytm is saying they will help me raise chargeback but still haven't received the link! @Paytmcare can u please help?
