Worst service I ever seen Don't order anything from Paytm after getting the order Cancil the order and block Ur money for atleast 20 days and say simple sorry @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMall @paytmmallcare @vijayshekhar And also not interested to resolve the issue

@Paytm @Paytmcare awaiting my refund amount to get back at my account since 10 days & guess what it’s been stuck to paytm. What kind of service is this to harass your loyal customer. Won’t recommend anyone & gonna uninstall soon it. Thanks but no thanks 🙏

@Paytmcare my Fastag is suspended for last one week. Customer care IVR asks to raise complaint in app and thr we get replies of “issue resolved” while my Fastag is still non operational. Since one week your team has not been able to solve a simple issue. Time to uninstall Paytm??

@Paytmcare I have booked tickets from banglore to Coimbatore for 26th and Coimbatore to banglore for 27th.Both ticket got cancelled from bus operator without any notice.when I called just before the boarding time they said it's cancelled. Redg no: 7205405767 Check my issue raised already.

@PaytmBusiness I deactivate my voice box and return that on 10th February 2021 but from that day I did not receive my refund amount of the voice box I talk to customer care 10 times but my issue is not resolved. Refund my money asap otherwise, I will quit Paytm. @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Thanks for ur response. But just for ur info I already provided the refund transaction IDs that was shared by Air India in my initial messages. Hope u could use that to interact with Air India for a quick issue resolution.
