    Worst service I ever seen Don't order anything from Paytm after getting the order Cancil the order and block Ur money for atleast 20 days and say simple sorry @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMall @paytmmallcare @vijayshekhar And also not interested to resolve the issue

    @Paytmcare very worst for service plz I am suggesting not use Paytm and customer care support is very bad . I was paid my Postpaid dues about November but cannot update by Paytm about 3 months . I think very worst for postpaid uses . I suggest don't use paytm.🙏🙏

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Why you don't treat all the users same? I use Paytm Postpaid and every month I am charged a convenience fee but too my suprise, two of my friends also use the same service and have a higher limit and they are not charged any convenience fee.

    Also when I call paytm they said it’s not their department. So they can’t help me. Why you guys charging lot of money to people. And also not helping them. RBI and consumer form look into this matter @Paytmcare @RBI @ConsumerReports

    @Paytmcare @IamRaj_Shekhar Bhai aap Qataar mein hain. Aur yeh bahut lambi Hai. Seriously,they don't have any TAT for problem resolution. All they have is those Pre drafted, stereotypical messages. I also have a complaint pending. No one has bothered to call me and understand the issue till now.
