  @Paytm @Paytmcare Very much pathetic service. I recharged my phone but it was not done and payment deducted but since last 36 hour paytm have been verything the payment. Payment got credited to Paytm not to the mobile company despite the refund has not been issued. No action yet

  @Paytm UNACCEPTABLE DELAY & NEGLIGENCE. Ticket No: 200010153526 Despite repeated follow-ups and support tickets, no refund and no response till date. This is a clear case of service failure. Expect immediate resolution, or this will be escalated to consumer authorities.
