Worst service I ever seen Don't order anything from Paytm after getting the order Cancil the order and block Ur money for atleast 20 days and say simple sorry @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMall @paytmmallcare @vijayshekhar And also not interested to resolve the issue

dear @Paytmcare @Paytm my postpaid bill of rs 413 was due and i am not able pay my bill.limit upgrade massage pop up when i accept i received mail from paytm that paytm postpaid Account is closed with pdf of clix no objection certificate and postpaid was not working.

Dear @Paytmcare When I try to upgrade my wallet through Aadhar card via Video KYC, I get an error "Aadhar already used to complete KYC for another customer". How is this possible? I hav'nt linked it. Please address this security as well as potential fraud issue at the earliest..

@Paytmcare while buying fastag I used coupon "FASTAG25" then payment page was failed ..then again I filled the fastag details then I am getting error as coupon valid once per user.

@vijayshekhar please work on your @Paytmcare services as well. For God's sake! Have a one stop customer care system to resolve issues which is conducive for solving problems. You guys suck at customer care services also your 24×7 help is a scam, there's no centralised system.

Hi @Paytmcare why i can't change UPI ID on @Paytm app? I want to modify VPA kindly tell me the navigation path because i didn't get any option to do. Otherwise i would have to quit Paytm, there is an issues with existing UPI ID.
