@Paytmcare My query on Order no. 10284866054 was not answered by the customer care executive. He just kept repeating the same things over and over. There is a problem in your app wherein it drops all preferences when I click “retry”. I want compensation for my loss.

@Idea the worst service provider in the country. I've made a postpaid recharge to my number through @Paytm once on 30 June & 15 June twice (today) & the balance shows zero but amount is deducted from my account. What's the problem? @airtelindia is much better than this.

Dear friends, @Paytm FoodWallet is not working at outlets like ratnadeep, Dadu, Delhi Sweets though @Paytm is displayed. Helpdesk says its not their problem. What do you suggest. Stop using Foodwallet and switch to Gpay or BHIM.

@Paytmcare @SuryodayBank I made a payment using my Paytm postpaid credit line, and the payment failed, but funds were deducted from my credit line account. It's been three days now and the funds haven't been refunded. Customer care isn't providing any support. This is a terrible service.
