And somuch time and multiple call attempts (your tele support diverts us to App and app pushes us to Tele), if you were to offer this kind of service in any Western countries you would have been sued with high penalties @Paytmcare

Hi dear @Paytmcare @Paytm you customer services are really worse. I raised a complaint on 18th of this month order ID 18606492696. I am not getting the proper response at all. All they say is our team working on this issue. I am still waiting for resolution 🙏 plz help ASAP.

@Paytm I tried to reach out to customer care, which is impossible in paytm. I have charged with Rs.549/- for postapaid which i forget to paid just a delay of 1day. I was in tension since three months that my father was fallen sick and he is no more now. I need a waiver off.

I still cannot transfer my account to new mobile number, and your App pushes us to Tele caller and Tele option back to App, if you were to offer this low level of customer support, you would have been sued by millions. Hope less service #GoodByPayTM @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare enabling UPI Lite without clearly stating that the balance is device-bound and permanently lost on phone lost is unacceptable. At no point was this risk disclosed. Users reasonably assume UPI funds are recoverable like bank balances. Fix this and pay me my dues.
