    Informed me that changes to the name can be made 2 hours before the flight and this same thing was informed to the paytm team. I have it on recording. Please sort this issue at the earliest as the flight is tomorrow morning @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Funny you asked for screenshots. Either u are unaware ur app doesnt let scdeenshots for security reasons. Or you also just pushing me into loops. I spent 30mins trying to resolve my problem of accepting payments chat, online faqs, IVR.

    I informed the paytm team to cancel my booking as the paytm customer support team failed to modify the name but till now it has not been cancelled and i didnt receive my refund. Its been 10 days now. Any update on this? @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel

    @Paytm This is just pathetic service from @PaytmTravel @Paytmcare even after the airline informing your team about the steps to correct the name, your team couldnt do it. And they just added a note to the airlines instead of correct. I confirmed this with the airlines.

    @Paytm #paytmbusiness is the worst service i have come across. It's been two months i could not change my bank account to current account. I am stuck with #paytm because purchasing CC machine outright. Should have gone for different vendor. My mistake. Be aware before comiting.

    Hai PaytmBank, I have been trying to complete my full KYC to avail banking services. In view of New update, i visited several KYC points but they're all saying service not available right now! Either settle this issue or give permission to complete in mobiles @PaytmBank @Paytm

    @Paytmcare I have made a transaction of ₹2000 using Rent on Credit card option. The transaction was failed and the amount is deducted. Please help on this issue. I am try to reach customer care, its been 25 mins on the call,it still says they are attending other customers.

    I have done a rent payment transaction on 29th Nov On Paytm but till now the amount has been not credited to landlords account.This is very pathetic service by @Paytm as i can't talk to a agent via call tooo and it's a heavy amount it has been 2days in processing. help @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I had done a payment of 390.21 Rupees on 25/10/22 to RealienceStore.But Money was not Received by Merchent.I asked the Bank but they told to ask with the Paytm for refund because the amount was Debited. So I need Help in this.I had Send the Details to your IB.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm Terrible Service. I had asked Paytm to update my phone number on 5th October and still they are testing my patience and asking me to wait. I was notified on 14th October that I will get an SMS after which my number will be updated within 48 hours.

    @Paytmcare pls resolve my rent payment issue. Still not credited in the landlord account. It's been 5 days , since I made the payment. On the other hand, @CRED_club is good for rent payment, they deposit immediately.

    @Paytm logging into the app has become so cumbersome that it’s not even a joke. I was in my basement and the app said that there is no sim. Went up to get signal and there is a whole bunch of steps to log in. Due to time in entering the PAN Card, got locked out till noon. Really?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Logging in to Paytm App is not possible if SIM card is missing in the phone. SIM card is reqd for UPI transactions & it has nothing to do with login.Paytm App is useless if SIM card is lost or damaged. One can be allowed to login to App without SIM card.Think!
