@Paytm @Paytmcare I made a Hyderabad metro card recharge on 11 January but the amount is not credited into my metro card till today. After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

In middle of my journey I was just doing scrolling on @Paytm there is no call center support only chat to aggravate the customer position. Why on earth double payment when your system not working. Why @RBI name is used for redoing KYC. Do we check everything every year.
