@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@IRCTCofficial @Paytmcare I am having trouble from yesterday 9PM paying online at irctc website. The Paytm payment gateway says "system error" when filling up the OTP. Using UPI of other apps also fails when I complete the payment in the APP.
