@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@lalitinvestor @Paytm their "growth" is simply because they subsidize customer operations. All aggregators like Shiprocket use Delhivery extensively because they're the cheapest. And they're the cheapest not because they're better, but because they simply don't aim to be profitable - just "grow"

@Paytmcare It is very disappointing to see that even when I have provided all required documents and declarations, I am being hanged by Paytm. I will never suggest and recommend Paytm Services. Ridiculous and adamant behaviour of staff. I will definitely raise the issue to RBI.
