@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare , I have raised my concern multiple times (Ticket: 182899474) regarding the flight booking issue. I have to wait every time for more than 30 minutes on IVR but no one is able to resolve this. This kind of support is not accepted from big companies like this. #paytm
