@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

It's been 2 days there is no update from customer support, for fastag accout related issue I have raised. If you are advertising 24×7 support, then atleast somebody must look into it. Really pathetic customer support. @Paytmcare @Paytm

Deleted all accounts linked with Paytm and also removed @Paytm account from my mobile. Customer service is pathetic. They did auto debit for my mobile bill without my permission. You lost a 5 years old loyal customer.
