@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@PocketFMTeam @Paytm Hi I have paid 399/- for 1 year vip package of pocket fm but after 3 month ,service was disconnected and the app asking for again to pay .plz do the needful. All the helpline no ,mail , social site ,I dropped msg.trying to contact but their no response. Regards Kiran Dawane

@Paytm Hi, I scanned QR at a shop. But the money did not transfer to the merchant's account. It was transferred to some other account. I suspect it is some fraud or error from Patym's End. Plz help me and resolve this issue.
