@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

PaytmFirst is fraud, i purchase membeship because it offered OTT services with it, when i try to redeem coupon it showed that coupon was invalid. Also customer service could not figure out and then suddenly they removed coupon from my paytm app. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmFirst

@Paytm In your website it says 150 is fastag minimum balance. its 300 for me. toll booth didn’t allowed me as they said you dont have balance. i know the legality of this. dm every proof to @paytmbankcare But act like dumb! Could you pls look into this and resolve asap?
