@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@vaneshmali @GooglePayIndia @Paytm Phn pay is more efficient & customer friendly than others... Very fast & easy to use.. Where as google pay usually not responding & usually money stucked.. Many times failed too.. Pay TM is okey but not easy to understand for many as it is providing many services in one page

@Paytm I have opened a ticket 196306756 on 6th aug and without even resolving it your customer service people have marked the ticket solved. I also spoke with your customer service agent Sonia and it looked like she did not have enough knowledge about your product.
