@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

@PwC_IN there may be big issue. If @Paytm @Paytmcare are not going to give the refund amount for most of the not availing services within specified time frame then where these fund are using.

@Paytmcare Air India had approved the refund on 11th Nov 2020 and refunded on 7th Jan 2021. I almost begged for my money to customer care numerous times. Tweeted, sent emails but nothing worked.
