@Paytmcare This is unacceptable. I completed a credit card payment under an offer promising a Mamaearth coupon but I still haven’t received it. Multiple complaints, no response so far.If this is not resolved immediately, I’ll be forced to escalate the issue on grievance platforms

Hello @PaytmCare, @paytm @vijayshekhar I booked a SpiceJet flight via Paytm which I had to cancel. The airline has confirmed that the refund has already been initiated and asked me to contact Paytm. However, I have not received the refund yet from Paytm’s side. Please help.
