@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

@Paytm I started using paytm postpaid recently and when the bill was due I did not get any notification or sms stating the same and now late fee of 885 had been charged. This is really poor service and now I will delete paytm postpaid.
