    @Idea the worst service provider in the country. I've made a postpaid recharge to my number through @Paytm once on 30 June & 15 June twice (today) & the balance shows zero but amount is deducted from my account. What's the problem? @airtelindia is much better than this.

    @Paytmcare Regarding my complaint about missing money more than 600.00, im enclosing screenshot of transaction held in March ,21. But you say there is no transaction from January to April first. I don't like this, so fix my problem immediately.

    @Paytmcare My query on Order no. 10284866054 was not answered by the customer care executive. He just kept repeating the same things over and over. There is a problem in your app wherein it drops all preferences when I click “retry”. I want compensation for my loss.

    Dear friends, @Paytm FoodWallet is not working at outlets like ratnadeep, Dadu, Delhi Sweets though @Paytm is displayed. Helpdesk says its not their problem. What do you suggest. Stop using Foodwallet and switch to Gpay or BHIM.

    Team @ZEE5helps @ZEE5India I am an @airtelindia Platinum Plan user as part of the plan I have an year long subscription for #ZEE5 .Don't know why you all kept deducting money from my @Paytm wallet when the subscription is free. And now even the subscription is not working. Fix it

    @Paytm decided it to randomly unlink from my Uber and Ola account 👍🏼 then it refused to login 👍🏼 then I raised a complaint ticket which took 2 more hours 👍🏼 then they havent respond for 4 hours 👍🏼 I called the helpline and they asked me for the last digits of my voter id 👍🏼

    @Paytmcare It's not the customer that needs to worry in this day & age it's the service provider, with so many options avbl in the market for a digital payment solution provider. This kind of time frame to solve a measly problem is unacceptable. It's not as if you're trying to bust racket

    @Paytm tumhare sab update bus users ko pareshaan kar rahe h. jinpe 2 paytm unke block ho rahe. jo bache h wo logout ho rahe. login ke time sim + sms hona chahiye. all these problems are making frustrated. Now time to delete paytm. don't know when u will block along with wallet money. 😑

    @Paytmcare Once upon a time, @redBus_in refund a payment to my paytm payment bank and also they proved me (they gives transfer statement) But paytm side says nothing, but now i confirmed the problem was arrived from paytm payment bank side.
