Hi dear @Paytmcare @Paytm you customer services are really worse. I raised a complaint on 18th of this month order ID 18606492696. I am not getting the proper response at all. All they say is our team working on this issue. I am still waiting for resolution 🙏 plz help ASAP.

I still cannot transfer my account to new mobile number, and your App pushes us to Tele caller and Tele option back to App, if you were to offer this low level of customer support, you would have been sued by millions. Hope less service #GoodByPayTM @Paytmcare

My @Paytm account was blocked and I have written multiple times to Paytm attaching all the required documents. U didn't even respond atleast once. Do u think customer is a fool? @Paytmcare U know how to make profits out of customer but donno how to respond to customer problems...

@Paytm I tried to reach out to customer care, which is impossible in paytm. I have charged with Rs.549/- for postapaid which i forget to paid just a delay of 1day. I was in tension since three months that my father was fallen sick and he is no more now. I need a waiver off.

@paytm worst service ever. transferred my money from wallet to bank and it have been more than 4 days my money stuck in wallet and showing pending. Firstly they tell me that it will be credited in 3 working days but now they are saying that it will take 5 working days more.
