@PaytmBusiness still my issue not resolved. Dont buy Paytm soundbox it is fake boxe after 1 month you used it is not working @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness team has not respond . I am facing this issue from past 1 month still my issue not resolved.simply they told not serviceable .

@SirImranAhmad @SahilBulla @Paytm Absolutely true. Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..

@Paytmcare Worst customer service, unable to connect a live representative, 24*7 service is of no use, we have transferred money from credit card to my account, it shows successful but money not credited yet, it's third day. Such a horrible experience.

@Paytmcare Extermely poor customer care, pathetic service, you only loot money from merchant in illegal ways. SMS alerts were off still Rs. 25 deducted from payout from my business account. Ticket number alloted 50192659, but no charges reversal even after a lapse of a week.

@Paytmcare Even after directives to refund bookings on cancelled flights due to COVID, Paytm has yet to refund my tickets booked a YEAR ago and to top that, doesn't even respond to my service tickets and eventually closes them citing no activity! Never book flights from Paytm!
