I have done a rent payment transaction on 29th Nov On Paytm but till now the amount has been not credited to landlords account.This is very pathetic service by @Paytm as i can't talk to a agent via call tooo and it's a heavy amount it has been 2days in processing. help @Paytmcare

Why the fu_king is loan option available in the app @Paytm if you don’t have the proper customer care support Such an idiotic app it’s been 5 days we have applied for a personal loan still in the app it is showing about to disburse..? No customer chat support ? Phone support ?

Day - 5 and No shame for @Paytm @paytmbankcare no matter what customer is suffering through but they will remain duff and dumb. People really need to rethink on maintaining payment wallets and their investment platforms bocz by any time it may be blocked and you can't do anything

@paytmbankcare My #Paytm wallet KYC issue has been fixed. 2 lesson which @Paytmcare need to learn. 1. Eliminate all useless KYC point which are inactive because it's time waste. 2. Keep inventory of your prior location so that customer can take effort to reach. Note: @Paytm CC was helpless!!
