After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

Can you look into this issue.

Or you also just pushing me into loops. I spent 30mins trying to resolve my problem of accepting payments chat, online faqs, IVR.
