    @NinjaGandhi @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar This is not the first time that I heard of poor response on #Fastag It’s a Hassle if service providers don’t respond on time. Image Just Rs. 10 error from 1 Million People from All over India, thats 10 Mn Call Money Market for banks.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I am were happy using Paytm, but it's very annoying by seeing the add as soon as I open my App. It is almost taking 20sec to display home page and sometimes I need to refresh my cache and need to reopen it again. Can you look into this issue.

    @Paytmcare hey I have been following up for one issue since 02/08/2019 rather than solving the issue your customer care just sending automated response “it will take 48 to 72 hours to resolve”. It’s really frustrating. Registered number 9618452277. Please take it up on priority.

    @Paytmcare I don't need any more excuses. Now it's time for action. I have already involved consumer forum in this issue. Now it's time for legal action. Hope u must hv sm idea about consumer forum. Now I will demand compensation from paytm.

    @Uber @Paytm I tried to pay uber by clicking Paytm .Money was charged through Paytm. Paytm customer care said , it will take 10 days to refund back money. I tried 2 times, it didn't work. is there any glitch at uber or patym

    @Paytmcare It's been Over 21 days Since I paid Electricity Bill on @Paytm How Ever TSNPDCL BillDesk is still showing the amount is due. I shared the Transaction details Over DM for your reference. Please, Co-ordinate with TSNPDCL and resolve the Issue at the Earliest!

    Looks like @Paytm is not working - trying to pay electricity bill from my wallet but it is taking me to payment page of bank, UPI or Card supply.This is disgusting when I have enough money in my wallet

    @Paytm I purchased central coupon of 20000 last Sunday and I was supposed to get 10% cash back but it is not received. I raised my concern in Paytm helpdesk, got automatic response that issue will be resolved iin 48 hours. I am trying to contact Paytm helpdesk everyday but noone

    I am a @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel customer, I booked a bus ticket yesterday, when the bus came, it was so crowded that it was very difficult to sit on it, we argued a lot with the driver, then he made me sit on another bus and I was in Lucknow 1/2

    I also fear the privacy issue with my govt id cards linked via KYC to an old number which I no longer have access to. Very poor execution of customer support and very inconvenient for any user. @Paytm i was a true customer of yours for past 4 years and you lost me today. Pity.
