@Paytm @Paytmcare I made a Hyderabad metro card recharge on 11 January but the amount is not credited into my metro card till today. After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

@Paytmcare Paytm has charged me extra over and above convenience fee while booking flight ticket using credit card, In my bill it is mentioned as One97 Purchase fee, I shared all the details through DM to paytm, but still issue is not resolved. Very pathetic customer service.
