I still cannot transfer my account to new mobile number, and your App pushes us to Tele caller and Tele option back to App, if you were to offer this low level of customer support, you would have been sued by millions. Hope less service #GoodByPayTM @Paytmcare

Hi dear @Paytmcare @Paytm you customer services are really worse. I raised a complaint on 18th of this month order ID 18606492696. I am not getting the proper response at all. All they say is our team working on this issue. I am still waiting for resolution 🙏 plz help ASAP.

And somuch time and multiple call attempts (your tele support diverts us to App and app pushes us to Tele), if you were to offer this kind of service in any Western countries you would have been sued with high penalties @Paytmcare

My @Paytm account was blocked and I have written multiple times to Paytm attaching all the required documents. U didn't even respond atleast once. Do u think customer is a fool? @Paytmcare U know how to make profits out of customer but donno how to respond to customer problems...

Hi @Paytmcare , your customer support sucks big time . Had taken a loan , closed the loan by repaying the complete amount , but now the monthly EMI gets deducted , and on top of that not able to reach anyone !! Pls help !! Really poor customer support

@Paytm i haven't added any card in credit card payment section but Paytm is showing HDFC card in that, though I don't hold any card from HDFC and when I raised concern with customer care they aren't helping with any resolution so who is responsible for such scams
