@Paytm @Paytmcare I am were happy using Paytm, but it's very annoying by seeing the add as soon as I open my App. It is almost taking 20sec to display home page and sometimes I need to refresh my cache and need to reopen it again. Can you look into this issue.

@dhanicares The reason behind @paytm @vijayshekhar success is its customer friendliness. You can become a flavor of the season but cant grow brand loyalty with such pathetic customer services & techniques. You guys deducted my money TWICE but didn’t activate the services & its been 7 days.

@Paytm And I would get full refund as it is not my fault. I didn't receive any message or call from the operator on the day of departure so the bus definitely cancelled. After few days I contact paytm customer service, they changed their words and told me to contact operator.

That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.
