And somuch time and multiple call attempts (your tele support diverts us to App and app pushes us to Tele), if you were to offer this kind of service in any Western countries you would have been sued with high penalties @Paytmcare

Hi dear @Paytmcare @Paytm you customer services are really worse. I raised a complaint on 18th of this month order ID 18606492696. I am not getting the proper response at all. All they say is our team working on this issue. I am still waiting for resolution 🙏 plz help ASAP.

I still cannot transfer my account to new mobile number, and your App pushes us to Tele caller and Tele option back to App, if you were to offer this low level of customer support, you would have been sued by millions. Hope less service #GoodByPayTM @Paytmcare

😔So basically I use paytm upi for a transaction of 16k on 26 Feb from Sbi to Kotak bank and paytm shows that transaction failed but problem is that money deduct from my account and not credited to another account. Its not fair. Help me pls @Paytm @PaytmBank @TheOfficialSBI
