@Paytmcare Worst customer service, unable to connect a live representative, 24*7 service is of no use, we have transferred money from credit card to my account, it shows successful but money not credited yet, it's third day. Such a horrible experience.

@SirImranAhmad @SahilBulla @Paytm Absolutely true. Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..

@Paytmcare I applied for full kyc by video calling. First attempt was unsuccessful due to technical error (as told by your representative ). Second attempt was successful and he told that kyc will be completed within 2-3 days but since 10 days i.e. from 20/05/2021. Continued....
