@Paytm @Paytmcare I made a Hyderabad metro card recharge on 11 January but the amount is not credited into my metro card till today. After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare I was using the paytm wallet and today it showed that , my wallet has been locked because of adhar kyc , I have to pay my college tuition tommorow and 18,000/- Rs is locked up in my wallet, can't contact customer care agents only automated replies given.
