@Paytm This is just pathetic service from @PaytmTravel @Paytmcare even after the airline informing your team about the steps to correct the name, your team couldnt do it. And they just added a note to the airlines instead of correct. I confirmed this with the airlines.

Hi dear @Paytmcare @Paytm you customer services are really worse. I raised a complaint on 18th of this month order ID 18606492696. I am not getting the proper response at all. All they say is our team working on this issue. I am still waiting for resolution 🙏 plz help ASAP.

And somuch time and multiple call attempts (your tele support diverts us to App and app pushes us to Tele), if you were to offer this kind of service in any Western countries you would have been sued with high penalties @Paytmcare

In the Pre Covid era, People doubted how would Paytm ever be IPOed, not possible. Today when it got IPOed, people are trolling about why it's down 28%! Crazy. The fact that the @Paytm has been able to pull off such a massive event is in itself a great achievement @vijayshekhar!!
