    @JioCare Complaint to jio fiber regarding no internet yesterday. 24 hours have passed. Also not able to connect to customer care, call get disconnected. Cust ID is 299943562095, request ID SR0000163NQG. Pls send executive in 1 hour, its urgent. Its a 5 min job, I have extra wire.

    Both @VodafoneGroup and @reliancejio is giving bulshit service in my area......even not only me survive but the whole colony facing same issue. We all decide now its time to over out these **** networks. Make too many complaints but still same issue persist. I never refer these.

    @JioCare I was asked to wait till the resolution time of the ticket which was 12:14 PM noon. Post which when I called again, I was told to wait for another 24 hours, quoting unavailability of the engineer. And also said there is no escalation matrix. Due to covid we cannot transfer call.

    @JioCare Expecting a faster resolution. This is really not the experience I was looking for. I choose Jio over others because of the brand value it carries and didn't expected such kind of services. This is the third time I'm facing such scenario in last 6 months.

    @JioCare my previous fiber account got disconnected because your engineer suggested the internet is not working and he installed a new box. The previous device was picked on 02 July and I was told the refund would come in 2 weeks. Haven't got yet!

    Dear @reliancejio have some respect for customer’s time. If I am calling customer support then I need support from your representative and not there to waste my time hearing account balance and validity scores. This just adds to frustration so much that one will port.
