@reliancejio I was trying to connect to Jio Customer care from last two days but didn't find any way on Jio app, I was being answered by bot for few prefilled questions. I made a yearly recharge in advance which had Hotstar pack including,but it's not working now

Hello @JioCare , Just port in my number from airtel to Jio MNP family postpaid plan through the vauchar code from main postpaid no by your executive and now when I try to add this no as a child plan so now getting error as your jio no not from this circle, could you please help

@airtelindia I thought you are best I switched from vodaphone to Airtel and also not used Jio because I thought Airtel is no 1 in India. But I realised you are worst network in India. I am going to switch to @Jio if network not looks good by tomorrow. #airtel #Jio @JioCare

It's really exhausting & pathetic to use the @reliancejio network. It's more than 2 yrs, they are working on it, the excuse @JioCare makes. It's the situation of #Delhi 07. What should I expect in #Rural areas. It's a humble request to improve it A #frustrated user @airtelindia👍

@reliancejio @JioCare Paid the money for 3 months in advance on Thursday, Wifi is still not installed. On asking the person - Gaurav Srivastava, they are delaying it by saying service engineers are not available. Kindly resolve the issue by today or refund the money.
