    @reliancejio @JioCare hi, please help, today my jio 5g activated, and since I switched to jio 5g my net is working very good but I'm unable to make and receive any call. Same issue is my friends also facing. If its an issue from your side please resolve it asap. Thanks

    @reliancejio @JioCare Paid the money for 3 months in advance on Thursday, Wifi is still not installed. On asking the person - Gaurav Srivastava, they are delaying it by saying service engineers are not available. Kindly resolve the issue by today or refund the money.

    @reliancejio why your network service is so ****** up in Delhi NCR that even though adopting your premium package, I am not able to place a call properly. Sirf danda pura dikhane se network quality accha nahi hoga..

    @JioCare Still same suitable, we are not getting solutions yet, in my area more than 200 users of jio, they are facing same issue from 20 days..I am thinking if same situation then all jio users will change his Sim with other operator.

    Finally, got #Airtel fibre installed and connectivity restored (tweeting on Airtel n/w). #JioFiber can now happily keep ignoring customer's pleas I feel sad my hard earned 💲 is down the drain, but atleast I can resume WFH. Thanks @airtelindia Goodbye @JioCare and good riddance

    @JioCare Two days and more the fiber service disruption is not still restored. Jio technicians when visited after two days says that the problem will be fixed by indoor team, & the indoor technician says that outdoor team will fix the issue Req no. SR0000341HW5

    Worst experience with jio airfiber. Its been just 2 days since i installed airfiber, and the very next day at 5pm yesterday, the red light started blinking on the router and internet is not working. No customer support is talking. Worst. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare Issue not yet resolved : Yesterday engineer visited and said their was no issue in mainline that last engineer suggested 4 days back and main junction box need to change. Now new engineer said router need to change and that was supposed to done yesterday. I am still waiting.

    @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with your service, since Monday your jio network shows issue in calling as well as in internet service in Hisar Haryana, resolve this problem otherwise I will change my sim from jio to other companies.
