(Due to network issue I was using @vodafone network) still I received sms that I have used 90% of my data. I don't know what scam they are doing now instead of all that free service.

And when i tel them about the network problem they say they are fixing it and hangup.

Despite repeated requests yesterday to have my complaint looked into urgently I am now told that my appointment is most likely at 6pm. Ridiculous service.
