    @JioCare @JioCare When I got the proper reply with solution of the technical problem. Still no improvement. very disappointed with #jiofibre intallation team..please update the status.Or do cancel the installation and refund the ammount from your side .

    @JioCare Can a customer not lodge a jio fiber complaint if they are not in front of your router? Had a troubling call with your support exec 2day who insisted that I go back home as I need to restart router to log complaint. Is this correct?

    @NetMeds @reliancejio India's worst service provider is Netmeds, which says that the medicine will be delivered in 2 days and even after 10 days it is not able to deliver, I had ordered three or four times for the medicine to Netmeds but my delivery is 10 to 12 days.

    I have visited Jio Store (8463, New Kondli, Delhi) in my City around 4 times in last 3 months, and the condition of the store is not so good (Air conditioners are not working and there is some Lightning problem also.) @reliancejio @jiocareindia

    @JioCare Interesting to hear that you were “unable to contact me,” considering I haven’t received a single call so far. Could you kindly clarify how many attempts were actually made? Also, to be clear, this situation was not initiated by me—it arose after a Jio customer service agent did.

    @JioCare I've already read that, and can understand. my question is why you need 3 days for your engineering team to visit and fix my problem, I am not located in a village or a remote city. if you need 3 days for a tier 2 city, imagine how bad your service will be in towns and villages.

    @JioCare I don't have JioFiber currently, But JioFiber (Wired Line) was so good, i miss that. If you can expand this to my current area, i can take the service.

    @JioCare Subsequently, I contacted one of his senior staff members, Mr. Kaushik Das, regarding this issue. During our conversation, he informed me that the installation of a new Dish Antenna at my residence may take at least 10–15 days.
