@JioCare @RelianceMobile @reliancejio actually jio never allow it's customer to rest as to use network I have to move out of my residence every time and there are so many "O" in your soon that it will not come even after several month of complaining."sOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOn.

a part of Jio family since October 2016. Since the day i've moved to Nehru Nagar again can't even surf the internet properly. Even though the network is full. Max. download speed is <100kb. @JioCare Customer care executive gave me the same reason they gave a year ago.

@JioCare I am resident from Sector 2 Rajendra Nagar Sahibabad pin code 201005 my complaint to #jiocare is regarding network issue that I am facing in this area as there is very weak network and unable to make calls and surf on internet kindly do anything regarding this problem.

@reliancejio Phones are ok but do something about the jio's poor network. A phone is useless without proper network. improved network is more important than phones.

@JioCare @reliancejio My mother’s Jiophone is not working at all. It is always showing not reachable. No signals at all. I just purchased it 6 months back and ported her no. from @VodafoneIN to Jio. Pls check on priority.

@JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow

@JioCare it's been a whole one year the reason hasn't changed a bit. Why taking so much time on resolving these issues. Please look into it. Seems like if i have to live in Nehru Nagar. I have to port the number. Call drop is common too. Revert back asap.

@JioCare My Jio Number 9082151817 is a Internet dongle. I have renewed my plan twice ( paid almost Rs 10,000) but still my high speed net access is not activated!!! Taking money twice over and not providing service is outright cheating!! Please resolve urgently.
