Like peak time usage or maybe become of indoor usage. For using jio network u have to be on high place like qutub minar and alone in a radius of 2 km to get proper services.

I am a prime Jio customer but from last year Dec 2018 i am facing a lot of n/w issue even i could not able to get voice calls.I had many attempts to call customer care. But the only response i got from them is to wait for next 2 months.
