Every morning i get a mail saying installation will come today and then after one hour another mail cones saying it's delayed due to technical issue. I have given request on Customer Care to cancel my request but it has not been done yet. @reliancejio @JioCare Very Bad Service

@JioCare I'm still receiving call from Jio saying We tried contacting you but were not able to connect. I can't understand why they can not connect for appointment but can connect to communicate this. The service request created shows the expected completion date as 15th Oct.

@JioCare I have returned the device before 2 months, no acknowledgement for that too. After continues follow-up your staff said they will send ppl to cancel the connection. If i talk to the person, they say it will take a week. I am sure it will not be done in a week. #poorservice
