    @JioCare All time False & Fake info. When we hd cancelled d Connection, your Executive asked that they will collect Modem/ Router in 48 Hrs & we will get Refund within 7-14 days. But till, they not collected d same Modem & details of Bank A/c to Refund Money. Worst services..Shameful..?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia useless customer care support internet connectivity is gone suddenly during midnight & your executive is saying it will take 8 working days to resolve the issue. Even he couldn't tell what is exactly problem Thanks to @reliancejio I could connect.

    @JioCare @reliancejio kindly hire humans instead of machines.... Intended already that's y no visit on complaint..... No calls...... Indirectly heard - Jio has no proper feild staff so installation team has 2 do both works (new installation + complaint) dats y delay Customer suffer

    @JioCare How to you say your best connection. Due to low competition in India only u can say. Jio is totally fraud company. Because after take connection his customer care is not working. In metro city Noida Sec 82 condation is poor 8287182094 in coprate number also.
