    What the hell @reliancejio @JioCare your helpline or complaint line just says select 1 for Hindi and then hangs up the call ....I am frustrated with more than frequent call drops in my area which have erupted suddenly

    @reliancejio very bad customer service customer care help line Number they guys said that number of user using internet same place this the reason you are facing slow speed issue and I want to talk manager they guys disconnected my call .i am thinking very bad customer service

    @JioCare I am resident from Sector 2 Rajendra Nagar Sahibabad pin code 201005 my complaint to #jiocare is regarding network issue that I am facing in this area as there is very weak network and unable to make calls and surf on internet kindly do anything regarding this problem.

    @JioCare @TRAI Pathetic service from Jio. I am a prime Jio customer but from last year Dec 2018 i am facing a lot of n/w issue even i could not able to get voice calls.I had many attempts to call customer care. But the only response i got from them is to wait for next 2 months.

    @JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow

    @JioCare What the hell jio team My jio fiber got canceled over 1 month but only i got security deposit.And when I am complaining to the customer care about this, then they are sometimes saying the installation money has been initiated and sometimes say currently in processing.

    @JioCare Don't go for private messages.. They will trap you under templates and in the loop of same messages... These guys just send sorry nothing work done by them.. All their customer executive is in work from home dont do anything.

    @JioCare It's with everyone here in the village that in jio most of us are not getting indoor coverage. There's no service inside the houses and the internet is slow every time it's not because of users but it is because of no nearby network tower.

    @JioCare I am not here to provide feedback,  I have paid Rs. 1178.82 for a recharge that inclose Amazon prime but the Prime is not working. I have been told that "Amazon prime" will work if i rechange with Rs. 1178.82. Either activate the all committed services or refund my money
