@JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

@JioCare sir before two years I apply for a new jio sim from My jio app I got a rejected sim after paying 698 ₹ from my bhim acc. Send 31 mails to customer care and jio office lodhipur shahajahanpur u.p. but neither get sim nor my money back.

@JioCare Just want to know who will bear the Loss that is occurring due to your poor service reg internet and calling.... I am stil unable to make calls and use internet.. If this is the way you treat your users then definitely i will forward this concern to Consumer forum.. @reliancejio

@JioCare Hy , Complain still not resolved.only thing i am getting from jio team is a person visits my place and providing me suggestions to close the connection as we are unable to resolve this issues is this what jio is claiming of best customer service.
