    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @JioCare + I restarted the jio STB, & reinstalled Hotstar from jio store. After that, the "Player Failure" error stopped appearing. Serials and films are now again playing on Hotstar on jio STB. Thx for your immediate response on twitter. As you can see it wasn't a jio fiber plan issue.

    @alanghub What a ridiculous service they have. Why don't you try @reliancejio for best network and speed. @JioCare is outstanding when it comes to customer service. Do give it a try and you won't regret.

    @reliancejio I wish to port my number to Jio from @airtelindia as I am highly frustrated with the poor services or Airtel India. They have robots in place. I am unable to place a request plz guide me @reliancejio i hve never placed a port request in last 12yrs. Need broadband too
