    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    Problem still not resolved. Let me know if you people are not able to handle the traffic..@JioCare @reliancejio We will reduce the traffic by porting number. I have recharge left for 6 month and daily data 2.5 GB. But of no use. Speed is worst than 25.

    Within 10 days 3 complains are raised &closed but nothing has been improved talked to customer care they cut the call or puts on hold without informing or will say we are raising new complaint what's the use of complain it will closed in 1 week without getting resolved @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Ordered for new SIM via delivery but had to cancel due to some reason. Now, Jio representatives are calling from different different numbers and asking for OTP. Don't you guys have the proper process to cancel a request. Please suggest what should I do.
