Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

@JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

@JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

@JioCare @somitsrivastav_ What a pathetic & 3rd Class Signal of JIO in My Vicinity? Really JIO failed to provide even 2G, 3G & 4G Services, Forget about 5G!! Such a Worst Customer care support as well, No one cares for resolution, If you somehow raised any network concern they will drag it....!!!??

@JioCare @reliancejio I had ported my number with the hope of better service a fee months back. But am absolutely disappointed. Issue of low signal n erratic net has not been resolved despite repeated complaints. Looks like made a mistake of porting in. #JioCare
