Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

Engineer visit daily rescheduled day after day. No one picking phone call. No customer care support at all. It affects children study

The issue is reported on the jio care toll free number. The executive is not ready to register complaint and telling that everything is ok. She cannot send technician.

If relocation is not possible, disconnect the connection & initiate a full refund immediately so I can switch to another service provider.
