Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

I booked Jio AirFiber over 1.5 months ago, and my order has now been cancelled twice without anyone even visiting my home. No proper explanation, no resolution just cancellation. Whenever I call Customer care, they r saying our network team is upgrading the network/ working on it & it will be resolved soon. No relief, monthly plans r getting costlier & net slower
