    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    @Airtel_Presence we are facing problem for internet access. From last two days. Right now writing this tweet using @reliancejio wifi. Plz resolve wardha city internet issue asap.dont tell DM. I ALREADY DONE THE SAME.

    @JioCare I am getting these kind of replies which have apologies etc. but no reply to my questions ? Why every four to five days the connectivity goes down ? Is this the kind of service one can expect from JIO ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Feeling cheated by your team. I have taken Jio fiber connection on the 11th of May'22 and that time your team informed me that pay for 6 months and you will get one month extra validity but now your team are not giving that benefit. Pls help me in this.

    @JioCare Pls check the number of times I have complained… I need someone to come and check if the extender is configured properly but u guys keep sending me self help videos and locations for stores I need to take for repairs???? What repairs??? First come and check atleast !!!
