@JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

@JioCare @reliancejio I have already explained in detail so don't know what else you want me to elaborate 🤔 Simply Escalate to the backend team for them to investigate and fix the issues - unless Jio mobile network is no more capable of managing their customer base. 🫣
