Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

This type of service you are giving.

But Jio customer representative said - we do not offer basic internet plans. I don't have a TV at Home & won't need OTT. Why should I pay 200 extra?

I had applied for relocation of jio fiber connection and it's been 15-20 days no body has come from jio team for relocation and wrongly charing me the bill for the service not utilised by me. Shame on you
