    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @Airtel_Presence we are facing problem for internet access. From last two days. Right now writing this tweet using @reliancejio wifi. Plz resolve wardha city internet issue asap.dont tell DM. I ALREADY DONE THE SAME.

    @reliancejio I am unable to lodge a complaint...On app it showing message not able to connect to agent.. On tollfree no. After too many number inputs there is no one to receive the call.. Very disappointing. My pervious local vender was better..at least I was able call him.

    @airtelindia Please Improve the internet speed in my area ! Day by day speed is degrading like other tele companies, if the complaint is not taken seriously than no option left to shift to @reliancejio

    Did a recharge of 999 on JioFibre for OTT subscription and after recharge customer care is saying you can't access OTT app without setup box, what type of cheating is this @JioCare @reliancejio Also the person rudely ended the phone when I asked why this is not mentioned anywhere

    @JioCare What if anybody dont pay jio postpaid bill &in clarification he says:i didnt use,so i'm not liable to pay. Then, will u let him go without payment or will u give him proof that he used it? Nonsense @TRAI @DoT_India can u please tell how can i lodge a complaint regarding this?

    @JioCare I have been told everytime that case is reopened and 24hrs to solve. Engineer came home and closed case without fixing the issue and it’s been 52 hrs still they say case is reopened today and will resolve in another 24 hrs. #jionetwork SR0000177F87 CC don’t knw d issue
