@JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

@JioCare ticket is reopened but I am repeatedly facing the same issue since the beginning. You can check the number of tickets raised for this wiring issue every month so frequently but the same has not been resolved accurately and permanently. Please escalate for a permanent solution.

Hey @JioCare My mobile number 7007153912. I recharged today but that activation is not happening because the activation button is not showing in the My Jio app. Please activate my upcoming plan. I also called customer care but the issue was not resolved yet.
