    Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    @JioCare I am facing extreme disconnection in this month , 5 G is not working , 2 G will disconnected randomly , I raised almost 5 tickets and called customer care more than 10 times still the is issue is same , I already I lost 8 days because of this issue.SR00001G4YMW,pls Asap

    @JioCare is there a way to turn off 5G service or disabled 5G ? I am not receiving call or OTP sms. I was happy with 4G. I am on verge of porting my number from JIO.

    @JioCare And everyone visited to fix the issue was trying to convince me to take a new connection instead. We the customers are fool who is going for take an internet connection from giant.

    Jio Mesh Extender is not working and none of the people from Jio support helping me fix this. Cannot expect a customer to pay for a device and sit on it without much use for the device @reliancejio

    Still not recieving 5G whereas my neighbours can! And to be honest, your 4G is slow @JioCare @reliancejio whenever i complain they say its because there are users in your area... Dude seriously?? People wont use sim?? And if they use the network, its bcoz of them? Get a Life
