Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

This is a data add-on pack, not a calling plan. Please help me with a reversal/cancellation so I can recharge the correct plan. Kindly assist.
