  @JioCare since it already 1 year passed and no improvement in internet speed so i decided to use jio giga fibre... but i m struggling in this too.. your installation service engg is promising me to install at my home but it already 3 to 4 months passed still no signs of giga..

  @JioCare we are facing problem from last 8 months, why you people are watching us . Are you really happy for this worst service. I complain many time to jio care, no responsibility. Finally i am going to change my number. Hate jio.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India I recharged my Jio phone with plan ₹49 through Amazon but that's recharged was failed because minimum recharge amount should be ₹149 for other recharge portals either customer use jio recharge portal for Jio mobile recharge. What's this ❓

  @reliancejio the condition of jio network in my area from last 8 montj is very very poor. It is very difficult to use internet. I claim more than 10 times to jio customer care but they always told me it will work properly within 10-15 days but still its very bad condition here
