@JioCare my fiber connection with no 5412357650 is not working since a week. red light blinking. no technician visit and complaint gets automatically resolved.Audacity of customer service personnel is they won't accept nor help to raise issue and only tell a repeat 24 hr deadline

Also when I again called the @fiber_jio cust care team, the advisor after hearing the issue put the call on hold never to return back & finally disconnected. Not sure if I paid for a Gold plan to receive such kind of service. Highly unprofessional. @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani
