@JioCare we would like to discontinue our jio fiber connection as after installation service is pathetic I called the guy who convinced me badly to remove our previous connection n use jio as it has good service. But now he never come after multiple calls we did.

@reliancejio @JioCare Mobile network for callings and internet is not working at Banaras Hindu University campus since 20 days. Pls take necessary action else big number of students will port out together. We are well versed in mobile configuration so pls don't teach us that.

@reliancejio No signal at all in #varanasi, (which is True5g ready city according to your website). I also got jio welcome offer banner in my jio app and I showed interest in it too. But no luck.

@reliancejio I did not get 5g network in Varanasi location babatpur. I have tried many times. I am using OnePlus 2t. Also i am using Airtel and getting Airtel 5g network and high speed internet. Jio is my primary sim.

@UshaNirmala @reliancejio Tooj a Jio SIM because Vodafone sucks. Now cannot make a decent voice call. Jio Fiber has inconsistent connectivity. Had to take an Airtel Fiber connection as back up. Now use Vodafone SIM set to wi fi calling.

@JioCare So I had a UPC which I gave to @ViCustomerCare and despite giving it 6 days ago they have no clue what to do when switch is not happening. Tomorrow I have to renew my Jio plan for the next cycle. How do I stop cancel UPC? Voda had enough time to onboard but they failed.
