@JioCare Make your network strong and user efficient, jio is the largest 4g provider company but your ntwork 4g speed sucks. If you all have same "more user" or "work is on progress in your area, wait for 78 hrs something like that excuse then why should anybody DM you anything. Solve it

Using jio since last 9 months but whenever I used to come to my home town I need to recharge my airtel number. I can not make any call from inside my home. Same thing I complained 6 month back but still getting same issue. @reliancejio @JioCare Please try to look into this ASAP.

I have an @airtelindia number and my wife has a @reliancejio one. When she calls me it says my number is busy & when I call her it says the number is out of coverage area! This happens when both the handsets are in the same house and show full network strength!

@JioCare Speaking from Sualkuchi, Assam. PIN - 781103. We have a jio network tower about 150m from our house but its been more than 2 years that we don't get a constant network connection. The network gets disconnected more than 50 times a day and we have to recharge my 2nd sim.

@JioCare why is ping on jiofiber so bad? there are so many ping spikes in a day i cant even count them. you provide such good internet speeds but the ping is really unstable and high
