Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jio why am i facing network connectivity issue from past 10days...so much that i had to buy another airtel sim so that i can work from home. Even your customer service is pathetic where they are unable to resolve my issue.

@JioCare It went off line again at 4.29 pm today and tried contacting call centre which took more than 3 min to reach agent and took 3 minutes to make agent understand the purpose of call and existing open complaint by then it was restored... this is really pathetic service
