@reliancejio No signal at all in #varanasi, (which is True5g ready city according to your website). I also got jio welcome offer banner in my jio app and I showed interest in it too. But no luck.

@JioCare @rcsdel I have been trying to get jio ,airtel , excitel , act all say not available and whenever i ask more , they say area is not allowing them to get optical fibre!!!! Its so ******* unfair i cant use mtnl optical , has bany issues in that and forget hathway!!!!

@JioCare If we don't recharge on time you don't hesitate to stop the service but now you are not able to provide the service for which i have paid so how are you going to balance it now?? Will you provide 2 days extra for jio fibre ?? And what about the loss i faced because of this issue
