    @reliancejio No signal at all in #varanasi, (which is True5g ready city according to your website). I also got jio welcome offer banner in my jio app and I showed interest in it too. But no luck.

    @JioCare my fiber connection with no 5412357650 is not working since a week. red light blinking. no technician visit and complaint gets automatically resolved.Audacity of customer service personnel is they won't accept nor help to raise issue and only tell a repeat 24 hr deadline

    @JioCareers , @reliancejio why customer care is not accepting my call ? I want to use call barring for incoming calls but the cell phone can not accept my command. So that's why I called customer care waited to know about this matter.

    Hii @reliancejio I'm currently in varanasi and from 2-3 days I faced lot of call drops after evening till morning. I felt very sad to be a India's best telecom provider customer. Shame in your service 🤬

    @reliancejio Very disappointed by your service. So sad that you all are not clear about your services, as Other providers are providing exact pincode or serviceable area on their websites but you all juss fooling as not showing exact city or areas just sending us the same automated message

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 6 days now. No resolution of the network issue that i am facing. We have 5 people using jio. Unable to make calls and use data. Jiofi is not working, how shud I do my office work... #DISAPPOINTED #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I called customer service for a bad Jio fiber internet and the rep did not help me. Twice, the call was transferred to the supervisor but the supervisor was on lunch or something or don't care at all. Urgently required solution

    @JioCare You 'Give no damn' attitude towards customers. Have been trying to get your STB to work ( comes with JioFibre ). Cx support wants to remotely run diagnostics despite me repeatedly saying my parents aren't tech friendly. 0 Fs given by your rude team. 0 issues resolved 👎

    @JioCare 7 days gone and still no resolution. Only automated replies, no actual support. This is the worst broadband experience I’ve ever had. Fix the outage now or I will permanently disconnect Jio AirFiber. SR: SR0000368ESZ

    On 16th of May, I booked a jio airfiber connection, but they have not installed it. Then I asked them to cancel. I paid the 3 month subscription in advance ₹3,332.46. I'm not sure to whom I need to contact to get the refund. Your sales team is not picking up the phone. @JioCare
