@reliancejio @JioCare This is getting seriously frustrating, i am facing network issue in my area.complained multiple times.. No resolution no timeline by when it will be fixed. Custom care department is very unprofessional.i guess we'll have to look for other providers.

@reliancejio @JioCare you cancel the prime subscription if user don't recharge fibre sometime due to unavailability but will not give it back if user recharges again. What kind of service is this? Why was it cancelled in first place? You are only fooling customers.
