Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jio why am i facing network connectivity issue from past 10days...so much that i had to buy another airtel sim so that i can work from home. Even your customer service is pathetic where they are unable to resolve my issue.

No one visited and we have received the msg from ur end that he visited and we aren’t allowing him to take the pic of the router.
