@JioCare attaching my location with this tweet. Here we are facing internet speed issue since 5-6 days and tried to connect with jio care but it is unanswered kind of things. You are now become BSNL no one can file complaint against you. Resolve this issue soon.

When you can't boost Internet Speed then just say cost. care to don't pickup any complaint call, is it fair? Are you underestimating rural users? We are not using it for free. Please help @AshwiniVaishnaw sir. @TRAI @reliancejio

@reliancejio worse network and no responce last 6 month for good service, very bad internet service, no standard network within 1 km , frustated comany and Only looted people of india 🇮🇳. Take action @narendramodi sir . Customer services is also very bad .

@JioCare plz check tower speed in village- Mirmiranpur post- karkasha tehsil-dalmau district -Raebareli , in this village at this time slow speed net service provided by jio since tower installed here, during this lockdown this is impossible to serve better net service

Do whatever in life never ever buy Jio fiber, worst experience they have worst staff who doesn't understand customer query and just keep on reading there script, Never fall for offers & scheme. @JioCare @reliancejio . Have told them wire is cut still they wanna read scirpt

@JioCare Foe Service Request Number SR00001A453I, your team contacted me for it, set up the appointment and now are just rescheduling it since yesterday. If your techs don't have, don't schedule it. Don't keep rescheduling it arbitraly

@JioCare I am not able to make call nor use internet from my Jio sim and coincidentally tomorrow's the last day of existing plan. I cannot think of any explainable reason as to why allthough the network is full, I cannot either make/recieve calls or use internet.
