Here we are facing internet speed issue since 5-6 days and tried to connect with jio care but it is unanswered kind of things. You are now become BSNL no one can file complaint against you. Customer care is asking for screenshot, but customers trust the app and don’t take screenshots of every offer. This is misleading. Please resolve.
