    @JioCare plz check tower speed in village- Mirmiranpur post- karkasha tehsil-dalmau district -Raebareli , in this village at this time slow speed net service provided by jio since tower installed here, during this lockdown this is impossible to serve better net service

    @JioCare Stupid service. I had to wait 27 days for Jio Fiber relocation. I was able to use only 3 days after I recharged. Idiots, the problem was from your side and now you are not giving refund or Extending the dates. Jio has the worst customer support. Stupid Idiots

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have ported to #Jio network yesterday from Airtel and was able to Televerify and activate the line. But after that I am unable to make / receive calls. My cell number is 9686255446. My work is getting impacted due to this. Need a quick resolution on this

    @JioCare Pathetic service by jio and team. Because of this service india will take another more 50 years to change. Really bad. Shame on Jio. There is not value of customer for Jio. If it’s work like this I pray to god one day jio should completely shut.

    @JioCare called engineer for new fiber connection on 28 june. Paid subscription amount but no connection till date. Only answer we get is there is some issue!!! If you can not provide connection then refund amount. We can get @Airtel_Presence connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fibre connection is down since 4th July and still my internet issue is not yet resolved. Pathetic customer service I'm facing. No one is helpful over call. They are just doing timepass. Kindly help me in sorting out this issue.
