    @JioCare Wow this is now so fast got second call and all of sudden the resolution is to disconnect as @JioCare is not able to resolve, I have invested 3000 rs for wire and 2500 rs for installation if you revert back all my money including this month recharge money it will be so kind

    @reliancejio Had a really bad experience with jio fibre.Your employees in Tinsukia,Assam are looting people with there false promises.They firstly said jio fibre is available in our area and charged almost 10-12k. Now when we had internet issue they said its out of servicearea.

    @JioCare Day 6 of cancellation request, still no response of Device pickup, sms, mails, etc. They show no interest in customer cancellation issues. Lerthagic Resolution. SR000016OCG9. The link to track SR is of namesake. Showing interest in new connetion why not so for cancel.

    @JioCare I called sales person. He said that neighbor has got unauthorized connection and he can't provide me. Why discrimination in providing service? If my neighbor can get connection, why can't I? @JioCare

    @JioMart_Support What is the meaning of trying time, when Amazon & Grofers giving delivery in two hours & with in 24 hours, Jio unable to deliver even after 10 days, we are going to remove jio app immditaly after we receive this order, very pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio

    I am paying money for service and I am not getting that. No proper update on service request. My WFH is still on and one day without internet is a major issue for me.Kindly disconnect the broadband service of mine. I want to switch to other service provider. @TRAI @reliancejio
