    @JioCare plz check tower speed in village- Mirmiranpur post- karkasha tehsil-dalmau district -Raebareli , in this village at this time slow speed net service provided by jio since tower installed here, during this lockdown this is impossible to serve better net service

    @beingmirchi @JioCare Pressure on technician to restore issue quickly and the stores dept doesn't give fiber or termination box for replacement. Most cases, the indent process screws up field team's efficiency

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since last 2 months I was trying to get Jio Fiber in my house. But no one is doing anything from the Jio Fiber team. And they had given me the surety also that it will done in next 15 days. But nothing is done till now. Please help me Jio Fiber team.
