    @JioCare @reliancejio Ystrdy i tweeted about ping related issue in JioFiber as i was hvng bad ping in Valorant and 8days have passed and jio has yet nt fixed it. They told me to DM them but after replying 2-3 time, they have completely stopped replying. This is very unprofssionl.

    So eventually my #JioFiber stopped working . Called the technical support portal and they said will be resolved in 24hrs as its a hardware issue. Its has been more than 72hrs n still no support. How do you expect me to do my WFH w/o internet. @reliancejio #jioservice
