Here we are facing internet speed issue since 5-6 days and tried to connect with jio care but it is unanswered kind of things. You are now become BSNL no one can file complaint against you. When I try to reach customer care by any means - mail, phone, whatsapp, Jio App, I get only automated reply. There is no way to file my request.
