    @reliancejio worse network and no responce last 6 month for good service, very bad internet service, no standard network within 1 km , frustated comany and Only looted people of india 🇮🇳. Take action @narendramodi sir . Customer services is also very bad .

    @JioCare plz check tower speed in village- Mirmiranpur post- karkasha tehsil-dalmau district -Raebareli , in this village at this time slow speed net service provided by jio since tower installed here, during this lockdown this is impossible to serve better net service

    @JioCare @DoT_India I am paying for your services but you are not providing coverage at my location which is a loss to me. Despite me complaining since 2017, you have only been saying we will improve coverage in future but it has never happened @TRAI

    @JioCare Hi, I contacted your customer service on chat for issue resolution for my jio fiber connection. I got information that internet working fine and contact manufacturer for issue. I think this is childish and stupid answer. Is there is any constructive solution?

    Hey @JioCare and @reliancejio just wanted to tell that, we have recharged with 300MBPS Jio Fiber Plan but, speed is 50MBPS. really, it is very bad. created a ticket with service number (SR00001IQG1C) but, engineer is putting it on hold and customer support is behaving badly!

    @JioCare I have taken this subscription in Sept 2023. It is only been 6 months. Then how come my 1 Year is completed??? Never it was suspended and Nor do I have any dues...

    @JioCare Now your Inefficient customer care team has replied stating my Service Request SR00001IJYA0 is closed. How pathetic is your service. No one is bothered to check the database and reply neither is anyone bothered to connect with me to discuss the same. Jio Services SUCKS.
