Here we are facing internet speed issue since 5-6 days and tried to connect with jio care but it is unanswered kind of things. You are now become BSNL no one can file complaint against you. I am still waiting. No follow up or response. SR000035J5E5 is the ticket which is still open. Please speed it up.

After all this, Jio says “no delay in resolution” and refuses compensation for the downtime. Disappointing service.
