    @JioCare plz check tower speed in village- Mirmiranpur post- karkasha tehsil-dalmau district -Raebareli , in this village at this time slow speed net service provided by jio since tower installed here, during this lockdown this is impossible to serve better net service

    @reliancejio Hello sir this is my jio number 9315218025.I am facing network issue with this number everyone is tried to call me but every time my number is not available but my number is always on and I changed my SIM because of this issue but still I am facing same problem.

    hey @JioCare @reliancejio could u tell me what the hell is wrong with your upload speed? download speed is also not always up to the mark but seriously this bad upload speed. I think its about time to switch.

    @JioCare - 36hrs gone and internet is still down - Service engineers not even there to check. Many people from our society has put disconnection request and many more in pipeline due to pathetic service

    @JioCare I have not experienced such a pathetic customer service anywhere else. I raised an issue yesterday related to JioFibre and I was told that an engineer will be visiting my premise in 24 hours.. it’s been more than 24 hours now and my internet is still down.

    @JioCare Obviously you need someone smarter (withat least 2 digit IQ) to read and understand the content of the message. I have listed 2 Jio numbers in the message. One was the sender of the message and the other was the one I was asked to call. I am not a Jio subscriber & never will be.

    A complete sub-standard service and network provided by @JioCare Trying to reach out but to no avail. Neither will you fix the problem nor the so called 5g Jio Fiber service work any better. Do u care to even provide a working network?
