    @JioCare plz check tower speed in village- Mirmiranpur post- karkasha tehsil-dalmau district -Raebareli , in this village at this time slow speed net service provided by jio since tower installed here, during this lockdown this is impossible to serve better net service

    @reliancejio worse network and no responce last 6 month for good service, very bad internet service, no standard network within 1 km , frustated comany and Only looted people of india 🇮🇳. Take action @narendramodi sir . Customer services is also very bad .

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 15+ days since I booked Jio AirFiber and I’m still getting only excuses. Technician is not listening and keeps giving false promises daily. Install it by tomorrow or I’ll cancel my order and disconnect all Jio services. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Again no confirmation on whether this is an AirFiber backend/tower routing issue or not. I asked a direct technical question but again received only a generic reply. After almost 3 months, customers deserve clear answers, not endless copy-paste responses.

    @JioCare JioFiber service in Chennai has become a nightmare. Every time the internet goes down, your team takes anywhere between 7–20 days just to assign an engineer. Forget fixing the issue — even assigning someone itself becomes a huge struggle. #JioFiber #PoorService
