Here we are facing internet speed issue since 5-6 days and tried to connect with jio care but it is unanswered kind of things. You are now become BSNL no one can file complaint against you. I don't know why my complain has been closed without resolve. I suggest every indian not to use Jio Fiber this is a fraud company and they are theft money through this.
