Here we are facing internet speed issue since 5-6 days and tried to connect with jio care but it is unanswered kind of things. You are now become BSNL no one can file complaint against you. High ping, high jitter, buffering videos and frequent speed drops have become a daily issue. I am attaching a screen recording of the speed test as proof.
