Here we are facing internet speed issue since 5-6 days and tried to connect with jio care but it is unanswered kind of things. You are now become BSNL no one can file complaint against you. Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.
