    @JioCare attaching my location with this tweet. Here we are facing internet speed issue since 5-6 days and tried to connect with jio care but it is unanswered kind of things. You are now become BSNL no one can file complaint against you. Resolve this issue soon.

    @reliancejio worse network and no responce last 6 month for good service, very bad internet service, no standard network within 1 km , frustated comany and Only looted people of india 🇮🇳. Take action @narendramodi sir . Customer services is also very bad .

    @JioCare plz check tower speed in village- Mirmiranpur post- karkasha tehsil-dalmau district -Raebareli , in this village at this time slow speed net service provided by jio since tower installed here, during this lockdown this is impossible to serve better net service

    When you can't boost Internet Speed then just say cost. care to don't pickup any complaint call, is it fair? Are you underestimating rural users? We are not using it for free. Please help @AshwiniVaishnaw sir. @TRAI @reliancejio

    @reliancejio live right next to the District Court in a major district town and can barely load a text. If the network is this broken in the heart of the city, what absolute nightmare are people in rural villages dealing with? Fix your service or stop taking our money. #JioDown

    Everytime service is down you reinstate your reluctance to be available for customers For jio sim- fiber everything there's no customer points unlike airtel Day light robbery to say the least Where are we supposed to get solutions ? U hate facing people @reliancejio #jiodown

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?
