The calls are getting disconnected frequently, the call quality itself is worst , signal strength is declining . In top tier cities , I have observed 5G is very scarce. Now the local executive is saying my home is not covered for JioFiber and asking me to take a refund. My question is: if my next-door neighbor already has an active JioFiber connection, how is my house suddenly "not feasible"? Why was booking accepted and payment collected before checking service availability? I request @JioCare to review my case and provide a proper explanation or arrange installation.
